Stokers Furniture Reviews 

We ordered some new furniture at the Chester store a week or so ago. The showroom is large with lots of different options and styles. We spent a good amount of time choosing but as it goes we settled on the first suite we sat in. Our salesman Scott Dupree was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, providing the information we needed when we wanted it and then leaving us alone to make decisions without any pressure. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

It is always a pleasant experience visiting Stokers of Chester , all the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We have been looking for new furniture for some time and have now finally made our choice. Great easy experience friendly help from sales lady Tracy at the ormskirk branch gave a lot of helpful advise both on product and the maintenance of the G Plan furniture. Would recommend a visit to the store that had plenty of choice Thanks

Always a pleasure to visit the Southport store. Staff are so helpful and Graeme Beresford went the extra mile to ensure the final garden furniture set available in the country that we had chosen was secured for us. Thanks again and so pleased.

When we entered the store, we were acknowledged but allowed to wander around without any sales pressure.
Scott had good in depth knowledge of stock. He had a friendly approach but was still professional.Guided through all our choices so we ended up with the correct furniture.

Have always bought our sofas from Stokers as great choice quality and value. Service has always been impeccable and so bought another recently and were helped by Graeme Beresford and the service was its usual super standard. Would highly recommend. Jane

This was our second purchase from Stokers in the last couple of months and both times we've had excellent service. This time Mark Cain looked after us, he spoke to us to see what we required then showed us round. He highlighted numerous sofas he thought would suit, then gave us ample time alone to decide. No pressure whatsoever, then once we'd decided, Mark talked us through all the details re. the sale, timescales etc. We left feeling extremely happy not only with our purchase, but the superb service from Mark.

I have just bought my new furniture from Stoker's in Ormskirk. Sandra the assistant was very freindly and very helpful. She was very patient as I was undecided on which to chose.

Visited Stokers for only the second time looking for a new headboard. 3 hours later we’d bought a new sofa and chair 🤣🤣 with the excellent help and great advice from Mr Graeme Beresford.

We would highly recommend you visit this store in Southport if your in the market for a new sofa, bed, table and chairs with a huge range across all departments.

Steve Hartwell was really helpful. After letting me know that he was available if I had questions, he left me in peace to look around the showroom. Having provisionally selected a bedroom suite, Steve helped me to understand the price and quality differences relative to similar products. He then pointed me to an excellent mattress I would not have even looked at without his input.
