Visited Stokers for only the second time looking for a new headboard. 3 hours later we’d bought a new sofa and chair 🤣🤣 with the excellent help and great advice from Mr Graeme Beresford.
This member of the sales team was superb to deal with in a laid back non pushy way with great advice and knowledge of the products we were interested in. We would highly recommend you visit this store in Southport if your in the market for a new sofa, bed, table and chairs with a huge range across all departments.

Very impressed with the service we had from Graeme Beresford at Stokers of Southport. He was very knowledgeable and personable and made the whole buying experience a pleasure so much so that we went back to purchase another item. We can highly recommend Stokers where you can buy in a relaxed environment with professional and friendly staff.

Steve Hartwell was really helpful. After letting me know that he was available if I had questions, he left me in peace to look around the showroom. Having provisionally selected a bedroom suite, Steve helped me to understand the price and quality differences relative to similar products. He then pointed me to an excellent mattress I would not have even looked at without his input.

Stokers have a reputation for being expensive, we found them to be very competitive and had a full range of products at all price points. Graham Bedworth was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My daughter took me to Southport Stokers to look for a dining suite. I soon chose the Sunshine table. We looked at lots of chairs and were helped by Graeme Beresford who normally works on another floor. Graeme was happy to bring various and many chairs over to the chosen table. The poor msn must've been exhausted. Having chosen everything Graeme then filled out the order form ensuring all the time that I fully understood what he was doing.

We had tried 4-5 furniture places before Stokers. We should have gone there first! Graeme Beresford was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and, unlike the previous places we visited, was able to help us find exactly what we wanted in next to no time! Graeme ordered a couple of fabric samples to be delivered to our home, and once we'd decided, he provided a very clear breakdown of our order and placed it with the manufacturer. And gave us a discount! 10/10

We recently ordered a chair from Stokers at Ormskirk .
Tracy was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us explaining the different options available.
She is a lovely pleasant lady and Stokers is a really nice shop. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I bought a sofa bed because I was promised a delivery time of 6 weeks, and I needed it as my family is coming to visit.
After 9 weeks, we contacted the company to find out what was happening. We were then told that the sofa had only been delivered to a store in another city, not to Chester. They said that once it arrives in Chester, they will then arrange delivery to my home.
This is extremely disappointing. It has now been 10 weeks, and there has been absolutely no progress. The whole experience has been very frustrating, especially since the delivery time was one of the main reasons I chose to buy from them.

Excellent service from Andrew helped us choose our new sofa and chair.
There was no pressure and he was able to assist with any questions we had.
I have no hesitation to recommend stokers.

Clear communication and explanation of mattress types from Tracy Corns

We visited Stokers in Chester and was surprised at some of the furniture on offer. We had always thought that Stokers where out of our prices range, this was not the case as we had a great deal on garden furniture we didn't even know they had in store.
Staff where very helpful and not pushy as some shop assistants can be. We where left to browse but asked if we needed assistance they would be available to help.
All in all a very good experience

Jenny, at the Southport Store, was extrememly helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture I purchased. She was very friendly and professional in keeping me up to date on the process.
I would definitely recommend my friends to go visit Jenny at Stokers.

Lovely shop and nice people. Excellent delivery people too. In shop we dealt with Julie Williams in the Living room area and Joe Tudor in the bed dept. Both were very informative and helpful. Pleasure to do business with them. I will be back!

Very helpful staff. Tracy allowed us to take sample books home in order to make a better choice of material for the 3-piece suite, that we had decided on.

To us Stokers in Chester is like a link to the past. Such a pleasant calm and welcoming store to visit.
Never bothered by staff and feel free to wander at our own pace,
When we want help staff are at hand .
On this occasion we were dealt with by Joe Tudor who sat with us discussing the options . We went away to think things over returning the next day to have Joe recognise us and guide us through our decision to order two sofas.
We look forward to their delivery which we know will be flawless owing to our previous experience with Stokers great delivery team.
We would also comment on how clean and tidy the whole store is. We would love to learn the secret that the lady who is responsible for this keeps the whole area so clean and dust free,
No hesitation in recommending Stokers to anyone who values top service in a great environment
