So far so good

Very happy with the repairs so far, to our Toyota Rav 4.
We had a courtesy car, which was great. The only thing with it was the tyre pressures were way out - way over on 3 tyres and very low on the 4th. The warning light came on before we got home in the car. Something that should be checked beforehand. Also service warning kept coming on, with a comment to change the oil.

The staff and work at Steer = 5 stars!

The staff at Steer, especially Cari, went out of their way to help me deal with my ineffectual insurance carrier. They were professional, friendly, always willing to help, and I can't thank them enough! 5 stars. My car was completed in a timely manner and also looks great. I'd definitely recommend them for any car repair. Thanks again!

Steer was the nominated repairer for my…

Steer was the nominated repairer for my car after some clown run into me. I’m very pleased they were.
From start to completion they were very professional, good communication & very prompt collection of my car. The car was returned to me within 10 days. The repairs look excellent & they even washed the car prior to delivering back to us. Many thanks.

I am extremely pleased with the repair…

I am extremely pleased with the repair work completed by Steer in Chester. Although I previously had body repair done elsewhere, my experience with Steer has been much more satisfying.

My Toyota Alphard has just had the roof resprayed.

My Toyota Alphard has just had the roof sprayed by Steer of southampton, They removed the windscreen and had to get a platform so as to get to the roof, they kept me updated every step of the way, They done a quality, beautiful repair, Thankyou to Jo, Michael, Sarah and all of the team, Kind Regards, Nigel Pain.

Excellent

I was kept informed of what was being done to my car via text messages throughout. My car was off road and they collected it with no hassle. As soon as it was ready for collection they rang me and even offered to deliver it. Excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Customer service 1st Class

Customer service 1st Class. John who delivered my courtesy car was in himself courteous, he was my only contact with Steer and I must say he was a great ambassador for the company. Communication via the web / NFU was excellent, keeping updated all through the process. My car was returned to me on the 17th March, taking a little under a week to complete repairs,
Finished repair was excellent. Well done steer, great team work.

Only one small criticism , the courtesy car when delivered was overdue its service . (LP23 RVY) by 2000 miles. I was expecting my repaired car to have been valeted, inside was ok but would have benefited from a wash on the outside.

Overall though excellent service/repair, no hesitation in recommending them to others

Very impressed with Steer Northampton…

Very impressed with Steer Northampton after I was referred there through my AA policy. They immediately took my vehicle into the workshop to make adjustments so my car was good to drive until the full repair was done. Thanks to Steve, Hannah and Amy for what felt like personal service and efficiency. Great repair. A very happy customer!

Accident repair

. Like that they keep you up to date of the repairs. Excellent that they delivered the courtesy car to my work so that I didn't have to take time off. Very courteous,polite and friendly staff.

I would highly recommend Steers

I would highly recommend Steers, Worthing. From my first call with Josh everything was smooth and efficient. I had thought I might get an old loan car. No, the car was a less than a year old. It was certainly a learning experience with all the new features!! I was told the repair might take 10 working days. I was surprised to get a phone call a week after I delivered my car to say it was ready. I had had a text a couple of days before saying it was being painted. Even better, they delivered it back to our house, took the loan car off the drive, and reversed mine onto the drive- great unexpected service. The repair is great and I don’t know when the car has been so clean inside and out. Even the wheel hubs shine! It has certainly had a valet as part of the service. I am not intending to have another repair needed but if I did I would not hesitate to use Steers. Thank you to all involved.
