Yes I like to thank you for repairing my car you have done a fantastic job on it there is one little job got to be done when the piece comes in to the workshop that's the toe itch cover I understand that you will get it touch with me when it comes in I just like to thank you all for looking after my car.

cowboy outfit

my car had a rear end shunt February 2025 last year and was sent to steer whitland the first issue was they ordered the wrong bumper then after waiting weeks for my car back the rear window was to far the left side so i said that is not good enough so it went back in workshop to be sorted then when it came back it was still good as this time it was to far on the right so it back this happened six times they had my war for 3 weeks then it went back in April to have the work put right they had it for 4 weeks that time and when it came back it was still not right after lots of phone calls i was still not happy and so was my insurance company then it want back in at the end of may i rang them to see how my car was getting on and was told every time it was getting done then they started being ignored completely, with my calls then after speaking to one of the managers from head office they said they can fit a revering camera to say sorry for the stress then after they stripped it down to fit it i then got a phone call from Whitland saying we cant fit the camera as we do not know what we are doing so we cant fit it so i said so why did you start to fit it and was told i don't know then they had my car back in for the third time they still managed to mess it up
i told them that it needed new rear lights due to the shunt and they said no it does not but they failed to do a water test on them so when they did they was wrong and i was right they also failed to quality check my car every time they had it back the work they done was so bad it went to another garage in Hereford to be done
whitland messed it up time after time stevie wonder would have made a better job than whitland
if you want you car done by cowboys and people that know nothing about repairing cars use them

Picking up my car and leaving behind a…

Picking up my car and leaving behind a courtesy car was all done expertly and with less hassle. Telling me the work would be done by Thursday the following week was a little frustrating especially when the work was done instead on Monday that week. It's a welcome update but they don't have to say a longer completion but deliver earlier. The work was done expertly i would say, with some extra. Thank you.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Was put in touch via Axa insurance for non fault claim . Got vehicle back and a non genuine bumper has been fitted , the rear sensors have fallen out and tow hook cover fell of .

Toyota Car Repairs.

The taking away and delivery of my repaired car was carried out efficiently and courteously. I was kept informed on its progress of repair at regular intervals by their office staff which was very helpful. The repairs were excellent and I would recommend their use to anyone.

Car respray.

Steer came and colected my car took it to there workshop and resprayed all damaged areas .The work was done with in a week.And to a very high standard .The car was also cleaned inside and out iwas very pleased with the end result and service .i would have no hesitation in recomending steer in the future. Thanks To all involved.

Skoda repairs

Initially slow getting in touch but once the car was collected, the repairs were all done and the car returned in a week. You'd hardly know it had been damaged

Aston steer was the authorised repairer…

Aston steer was the authorised repairer through my insurance company, the repairs were perfect and my car looks brand new after the valeting, they even dropped my car to me making is so convenient, really super service I would highly recommend them, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and put it through quicker than I expected, thank you so much to the Aston branch, Suri

Do not let them touch your car.

Following a minor accident in January, I had the car repaired at Steer, a job so poor that Tesla’s own body shop has quoted £5k+ to put it right, including parts left unrepaired or damaged during the original work.

Almost 5 months on, the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

They simply don’t appear to know what they are doing.

If you have any care for your vehicle, avoid them. And if you’ve already used them, have the work independently assessed, you may be very surprised by what you find.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Brilliant customer service at Chippenham branch.

We have used the Chippenham branch on a couple of occasions now and we cannot fault them. Nikki especially has gone above and beyond for me to help in any way she can, it is very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
