After collecting my Mercedes I would like to thank Tom and Ben for making it a seamless experience. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier.

I recently bought a car from Stebbings as I have done a few times before. We dealt with Tom Boyns for the sale who was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered my many many questions so thank you Tom. I would also like to give a mention to Bobbi in the service department who was super helpful in arranging a couple of remedial bits done so thank you to Bobbi too. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. 😊

I travelled over two hours to view a 2024 Tesla Model 3 after being assured it was in good condition. When I arrived, the car was in an absolutely shocking state – easily the worst condition I’ve seen for a car of that age. It was covered in marks and was nothing like the condition I’d been led to expect.

I’d also been given a part-exchange valuation for my 2023 Mercedes C-Class with just 9,000 miles, which is in immaculate condition. After inspecting it, they suddenly rejected the deal without giving any genuine reason. They didn’t even make a revised offer or attempt to negotiate – they simply sent me away empty-handed after I’d travelled over two hours.

The whole experience felt misleading and was a complete waste of my day. I lost an entire day based on inaccurate information and poor customer service. I would not recommend this dealership, and I’d strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to inspect the vehicle carefully rather than relying on what you’re told beforehand.

Seamless process! Recently purchased my new car from Stebbings and the whole experience was faultless.from first arriving there was no salesperson trying to hassle you into a sale! Once I’d found the vehicle I was looking for I approached Tom Boynes who couldn’t do enough to help and make the whole thing effortless and actually enjoyable. Definitely the place to go and ask for Tom!

We have been looking for a family car for a while now. Financially as running two cars is expensive, but buying a new car is also expensive. We don’t have the best trade ins either. Jack was very helpful throughout the process. There’s a wide variety of cars to meet needs, and we fell in love with a Tiguan. Jack was a great sales rep, talking us through the car finances options, talking about the car. Jack was friendly and approachable throughout and was relatable. The experience went beyond just buying a car. The trade in process was easy and Jack was helpful along the way in answering any questions, even helping us unload the car to put in the new car on pick up day as we needed the stuff for our 8 week old.
Would go back next time.

From the minute we walked into the show room, we were really impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and atmosphere of the place.

We had booked to look at a particular car and were taken car of by Charlie, who showed us around the car, arranged the test drive and talked us through all the paperwork. It was a very smooth procedure. Charlie also kept us up to date on delivery times of the vehicle, which we had opted to have delivered to our home.

Can’t recommend Stebbings and Charlie highly enough - excellent service from start to finish.

Stebbings have a great showroom, variety of cars and fantastic customer service. I dealt with Tom Boyns when I purchased my new car and he was amazing throughout. Tom answered all the questions I had and provided excellent customer service from our initial contact right up to after sales care. He was very helpful and great to deal with. The car was ready for me to collect within a week after the agreement of the sale. The car was spotless when I collected it and handover was very straightforward. The first time I called stebbings I spoke to Thomas Boyns and discussed a car they had for sale, Thomas was super helpful answering all queries I had. Stebbings were really helpful especially on the day of collection especially Andrew who made sure the car was mot'd and Charlie who worked after close to ensure the car was cleaned, thank you both!

My partner found an all electric Mustang Mach e at Stebbings car supermarket , the mileage was great and the price excellent value for money , we dealt with Tom Boyns who was an excellent no pressure salesman , offering advice and information but unlike other dealers we visited no pressure sales.

The decision was ours and Toms confident approach was reassuring and we left confident we had made the right decision.

Tom then dealt with the handover and Maria was cinfidemt in her choice of vehicle, Tim is clearly an experienced member of staff and it was a pleasure doing business with Stebbings and Tom
