Very good travel cover for retirees
Repeat travel insurance cover with Staysure involving various medical conditions was straightforward and quite quick and easy, thanks in particular to the very pleasant and knowledgeable advisor. The premium for two retired travellers was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Really Valued.
I realised that as I have some medical conditions, although I could work on the form online I would have to phone for clarification anyway.
As it was already approaching 19.30pm I was aware I was short of time.
I called and was fairly quickly connected with a young man who introduced himself as Siya and I discovered later he was working from SA.
He was brilliant, able to understand what I needed immediately and made what sometimes feels like an upward struggle completely straight forward and not at all complicated.
Bear in mind I have now been with you for a number of years and it isn’t always so crisp or professional.
I felt well informed, well understood and honestly valued.
Definitely a 5* advisor.
Please value him as much as he clearly values your (and his) clients.

not received documents
my insurance documents have not been emailed to me, despite speaking to a representative and trying to email the documents when I signed into my account. I have also not received my documents through the post, despite requesting this also.

Third time purchase
For the first time I couldn't buy on line. I had to phone for a quote, liked what I had read when initially looking and brought it. My other two purchases I brought the second tier. This one I brought the basic as I compared this to what 2 other companies offered. Then found out no bolt ons. Shame. But fair enough. What made me a bit amused he had to check out about my cold when calling for the quote!! Think blowing my nose and nasal voice gave it away. Very clear on the phone. 🙂
