I thought the increase in policy was far to high as there was no claim made and no change in my health conditions , left of my cruise but added winter sports which has never been asked for , I had to ask for a loyalty discount which should be offered automatically ,I have renewed this policy against my better judgment ,

A Good Experience
The lady who answered my call was easy to talk to she seemed to understand my application and offer advice on the medical declarations. She offered a number of options and I didnt feel she was trying to get me to include the most expensive but what was appropriate for my needs.

However when I first wanted to book I was offered
20%off and told to use code Quote20 at the checkout,
Then a message came through to ask me to wait and come back in a moment which I did.
Then I was asked to put in a code/voucher SUN20. I tried to do this but code was invalid and so was voucher.
So what was all this about? I wasted my time trying to do this. The whole exercise was not clear at all.
