Ladies I spoke to very helpful and patient, everything fully explained.

The parcel was delivered on time, and put in a safe place.

Continuous checking of diagnoses with colleagues taking time.
Information given and recorded by Staysure, therefore known to the company when the cost of the policy was calculated, accepted and paid. However, follow up phone changed this indicating that additional funds was required although the condition had already been disclosed and recorded by the company. I would have expected that the cost of such an addition to the policy would have been paid for by Staysure.

Knowledgeable, clear and courteous service by Zena. Competitive product price, with reasonable cover (comprehensive). Disappointing though that over 70s have a 35 day stay limit despite this being a full year policy, meaning extra and unnecessary travel simply to conform.

Esha was amazing - persistent & patient with our various medical updates, and made sure that she was available to follow u p when answering medical questions involved my having to get answers from my GP.We had to renew on the last minute which didn't help

Quick to answer the phone. Went through all the questions slowly so I could understand first time. The person recapped all the points of the travel insurance policy to make sure I understood everything.

The service was very good and clear I have only rated as a four star as no mention of the20% discounts I keep being emailed and had letters about so I am unsure if this SUN20 was applied
