Great service very helpful. We cancelled our insurance within the time frame for cancellation and the payment was refunded immediately. We were then able to take out a more appropriate travel insurance. A great service from a friendly, flexible helpful company.

Very easy to sort out, for what you want,

I have used Staysure for many years and have never claimed or had a problem. This year I had a small non melignant lesion on my hand and when I reported it by phone I was offered two choices 1. Cancel the policy or 2. Remove coverage for ALL pre-existing conditions. This situation was achieved after three telephone calls lasting in total over one hour.The call handlers were polite but tightly scripted.One of the scripted questions was losely worded but demanded a Yes/No answer. The last time I encountered such bad service it was broadband company who were heavily fined.I have now got superior coverage at a similar price elsewhere

Just so easy. Taking my mother away for her 91st birthday, so expected a much more convoluted and expensive process. Brilliant. Easy to set up and great value. You have given me peace of mind. Will use again.

As my wife and I are pensioners with a few medical conditions, travel insurance is never going to be cheap. Our current insurer ‘All Clear’ wanted £500 for a single trip of 5 days on a cruise, Staysure covered our trip for £332, which is quite a saving. It was all done online and the process was relatively easy, I would recommend.

Comprehensive cover for a fair price. Cheaper and a better quality policy than those on moneysupermarket.

I couldn't understand the agent very well. I got extremely stressed out during the call. This was not the case last year when I used Staysure Travel Ins. Will not be using again. So robotic that I felt I was not speaking to a real person.

So easy to insure what I needed very straightforward.
