Absolutely the worst finance company
Absolutely the worst finance company. No clue on customer service, I rejected my vehicle due to the car requiring a new gear box despite the fact I have done only a few miles in it since purchase. Emails ignored call ignored. Found evidence that the vehicle had been knowingly sold with the gear box issue, sent it over requesting a fall refund, radio silence again. Have called for an update 100’s of times over the past months. No once have I been called back. Also I have explained my situation to them, I have had 2 of my sons in hospital recently along with trying to get my elderly dad to his medical appointments, using my work vehicle and a hire car. Work have charged me personal mileage, hire car cost a fortune and to add the mental stress all while still paying for a car I haven’t used in 4 months. Startline you are a joke and should not be trading. Not a single call or email to keep people updated is a disgrace. Financial ombudsman now involved and I am in a luckier enough position to know a very good solicitor who will be seeking full recovery including compensation from these scammers.

Do not believe the positive reviews, these guys are absolute scams!!! Customer service? None existent, and the people you talk over the phone, are extremely incompetent, rude, and they have no clue how to deal with customers.
If you try to email them it will be ignored, if you try to call they wont even bother to give you any help or support as advertise on their website.
Time for companies like this to be taken further to Ombudsman Service...
Anyone out there dont believe positive reviews, this is definitely the worst company I had to deal with... awful awful people.
