Exchanging items

I exchanged an item of clothing that was too small. The exchange process is via an online form that is easy to complete and customer services provided regular updates in terms of progress. I have been very impressed with SportsShoes customer service.

Swift, reliable customer service

After having a lengthy, frustrating experience with AI customer service from Global Sports Brand last 2 months, I was very sceptical with online retailers when I needed to size up my purchase.

SportsShoes.com restore my faith in customer service. Every time, all agents I dealt with, who delivered attentive, swift replies with friendly but very customer-focus manner. I got my exchange sorted within 4days (weekend in the middle as well! ) and very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely rubbish

After waiting one week for my shoes I started getting worried, kept trying to use the tracking number provided but it was coming up with errors, I tried to contact them but wasn't able to pass the bot at first and the email address was a bust...finally somehow I managed to get in touch with one member of staff and was promised a claim for replacement after an investigation will be completed. I m waiting to see what's going to happen now. Either I was very unlucky, either they need to amend their courier and I ll give it the benefit of the doubt. I ll come back and edit if I got my shoes or not although at this point the whole experience left me with a bad taste

Have used sportshoes a few times always…

Have used sportshoes a few times always been quite happy and found their delivery to be quite quick. However, recently had bad experience, they knowingly sell stock that is sized incorrectly or has defaults but deny it. Then offer that you can return the item but still have to pay £4.50 when it’s faulty in the first place? It makes no sense. Would hesitate to use or recommend again

Perfect everyday running shoe

Speedy delivery and great offer on latest season Hoka Bondi 9. Really comfy and perfect for springing along pavements and in parks. Looking forward to logging lots of miles in them!

The customer service was fantastic

The customer service was fantastic, my first order was not delivered by the evri logistics without any reason and customer service notified me that they noticed my order has not been delivered as expected and requested if I was happy to resend another order and I replied,another order was resend and I received it within 3 working days. Though same delivery service.
Overall the customer service are excellent.
