I ordered a Beeline Moto 2 sat nav at lunchtime, it was delivered( free ) the next day, what a great service, and it wasnt the first time they went the extra mile.., a great company !

The amount of time I spend researching a product when I become obsessed is getting silly.
So I’ll be brief … I’m sitting right now with a beer on my patio with this helmet on obvs open face mode.
It’s tight af when you first put it on I measured roughly 62 across the recommended instructions.
So yeah I ordered XL.
Freaked me out at first but then I took the stickers off !
Committed.
It does relax.
It does feel different but it is so well thought out it’s ridiculous!

Delivered next day and it was all good. Jacket is so nice now the weather is changing and it’s really nice to have my music playing while I am out on the bike. Will definitely you sports bike shop again.

I bought a AGV TOUR Modular flip front in Gslassian blue at the ridiculous price of £349 INCLUDING the dedicated cardo comms. I have standard AGV lids, this was my first flip front. Fab build, comfort and fit…but way too heavy for my scrawny neck (and it is meant to be on light side for modulars. , given fibre/kevlar laminates).

AGV say it feels weightless at 80mph…kind of meh, if it’s too heavy in flip up mode in urban traffic, which is main reason for taking on the weight/cost penalty in the first place.

So back it went, fuss free.

Honestly, if you can take the weight, this deal is hard to beat. The Neotec 3 def has the edge, but not a £250 edge PLUS their dedicated Sena adds £££ more.

As always, first class service from Sportsbike Shop - amazing to be able to speak yo someone for an online order. Happened to be in their Boston store today on day 1 of road trip (hence the agv…!) and bought myself some consolation gloves. Rude nit to.

Visited the new Cardiff store today. Great selection of everything you could want, if not in stock can be shipped to your address or to store. Bought a new helmet that I had ordered to try on, (with a few others). Great bunch of staff, was served by Spencer (who used to be in the Bristol shop) and Ruby. Cardiff location is fab and saves another hour travel to Bristol, but will miss the guys there.

Ordered a jacket and jeans, needed to change the order but couldn’t find an exchange under return online. So purchased the sizes required and sent a return on the other items that were too small. Then I still wasn’t happy with the jeans but only because they didn’t feel right on me. No issue with the product itself, spoke on chat to someone who arranged a return and exchange as I didn’t want to have to return and order again as you can imagine that becomes a costly process if you keep on doing that.
The customer service operative was excellent, helped me with exactly what was needed. Returning the items at dpd drop off was easy, I think dpd are not great on return updates so hoping they will arrive back soon with SPORTSBIKESHOP. The actual email updates from sportsbikeshop are great, and the next working day delivery can not be faulted!
Overall I am happy with this he whole process and products it’s just hard to judge sizes in things hence the returns but that’s not their fault! I would buy continuously from them when required as it’s been such an easy and welcoming experience.

have one I wanted in my size, Spencer checked in other stores and got one sent over for me to try a few days later, kept in touch by phone letting me know when it was dispatched and when it arrived. Called in and picked it up today, discount applied as I was unable to have it on the first visit. Great customer service, will definitely be back

Truly exceptional service from SBS, as expected. Currently waiting for out of stock ladies trouser's so thought after receiving email with new trousers from Richa that were now in stock. Ordered a pair, didn’t quit tick the boxes for my good lady, set up a return and it was a seamless process to return a receive refund. Definitely my go to shop for my motorcycling goods.

The Alpinestars Nucleon Flex Pro Protection Vest fits well and is comfortable. Be aware that although the back protector is Level 2, it is only CB meaning it protects the central back (the spine) and not the scapula - for the latter you need a protector marked FB (full back).

Motorcycle clothing is extremely specific to the individual, because of the safety aspect and as I said at the beginning of this review Sportsbikeshop have every single angle covered. Use them and I guarantee you'll get one of the best shopping experiences of your life.

Surely there must be some negatives? Well, they don't (can't) carry every size variation of every article in their shops (but that's why they offer to send things to the shop of your choice in advance) and you can't actually phone individual shops, only a central office (but that means shop staff aren't being constantly distracted by ringing phones). That's it - everything else is pretty much perfect!
