So disappointed. Spent almost 2k on wallpaper and can not get the designs to line up if the top lines up the bottom will not. Waiting to hear from their support team to see how this can be resolved. So disappointed at this cost there should not be any issues. Make note they do NOT have a CS phone number which makes resolutions a nightmare.

I spent $40 on wallpaper samples described as “textured” and “burlap,” but the samples that arrived were photographs. I feel scammed, although I now realize ($4o too late) that this site is merely a printer.

I’m really blown away by the customer service from Spoonflower.
Brianna was a huge help to me and I can’t thank her enough for taking the time to be kind and helpful.
I’m very grateful and can’t recommend this company enough.

Like has been stated, if you have any problems, good luck getting anyone to help you. And know that you must have time to attempt to put up the wallpaper right away. The peel and stick wallpaper did not stick. It bubbled and then even started falling off the wall. By the time I got up the wallpaper and it started to fall off, the 30 day limit had passed by a few days and they would do nothing I may as well have thrown away $243. I have tried much cheaper peel and stick wallpaper from Home Depot and Menards which has stayed up for years. Don’t waste your money!

I absolutely loved the wallpaper we received (peel and stick). The quality of the paper seemed premium and the print was beautiful. I was only covering a small wall behind my daughters bed. The print on the bottom of the three rolls I received were a little off but I overlooked this because it was behind the headboard or you couldn't really tell. After following all of the detailed installation instructions to a T (with the help of my mother who has installed a lot of wallpaper over the decades without any failing), the wallpaper only lasted on the wall for three months during a period of low humidity and little temperature fluctuations. We prepped the wall the way that we should have as well. But still three months later, it was falling down but still manageable. But by the end of the summer (after there was lots of humidity) all three panels came crashing down and folding on itself, with one panel tearing when trying to carefully separate it. Spoonflower's customer service asked for a whole series of specific questions like when was the wall painted, what kind of paint and primer used, what was the brand; take a picture of the wall texture; when was this installed temperature and humidity wise, rapid fluctuations after install; describe in very specific detail how I installed it. It was absurd but I obliged seeing that they are doing their due diligence. It took a lot of time to answer these specific questions accurately. In the end their response that peel and stick can fail for a number of reasons but then admitted that it this didn't seem to the case for me. Still they could do nothing because it was past the 30 days of ordering the product that they have a 30 day refund window. There was no acknowledge of the fact that the wallpaper completely failed. We have other much cheaper peel and stick from home depot that was up in the closet of the same room. That has stayed up for two years now without any issues. I thought I was buying a quality product, but this was not the case. Spoonflower's customer service is set up to just make you work harder for the same response - sorry your SIL. In the end, perhaps I should have went with pre-pasted but my daughter is young and I wanted a product that could last a few years and if changing was requested, it wouldn't be hard. No chance! I cannot provide a review online for some reason, otherwise I would do that. I also submitted a complaint to BBB. Peel and stick wallpaper works well but either Spoonflower is scamming people or they need to review the quality of the peel and stick glue relative to the weight of the wallpaper. If you can, buy higher end wallpaper from somewhere else.

I ordered wallpaper samples from Spoonflower. They still have not arrived, and so I cannot attest to the quality of my order, if it ever even makes it to me.
I received an email letting me know that my order had shipped. They gave me a tracking number and said "it might take a few days for the number to register on the UPS website." Well, it hasn't, even a week and a half after receiving the shipping email. When I asked the website chat bot about it, the reply was "sometimes carriers skip scanning packages to speed up shipping times."
The package is going to get scanned at some point, so I waited until today. This time the website chat bot connected me with a representative who claimed that they were very sorry and they wish they had more control over what happens to orders after they are turned over to the carriers. They said that customers often receive their orders before the carrier website registers the tracking number. Then they cancelled my order and reordered my product before I even responded.
I told her that I didn't want it. If its not going to show up by Friday, I'm going to miss my product deadline and I will have to come up with another solution.
Then I get an email stating that my order had been canceled and refunded in a way that I can only use the refund on their site.
My theory, and this is just a theory, is that they generate one blanket tracking number for smaller orders and send that number to the customer's. Then they blame the carriers. I expected way better from a company of this size.

Products on this site are good but if you have a problem good luck with getting it sorted, there doesn’t seem to be any humans manning the questions or issues emails. I spent hours and picked over a thousand dollars worth of product, went through the details section for delivery but it won’t accept my phone number so the order cannot go through to payment. Tried the suggested ai chat box but it didn’t have a clue what I was trying to ask it. Tried the ai’s suggestion of sending an email but the reply email I got seemed to be from another ai. I then looked up the designer to see if I could buy her wallpaper from another company but it appears she’s put all her eggs in the one basket, can only be bought on Spoonflower. I wonder how many sales the owner of spoonflower has lost due to their ai, probably more than if they hired humans to answer customer quieries.

Took a long time - designed didnt align so then needed more supply - close to 2 months before a small wallpaper project completed

Paid extra for guaranteed shipping. My shipment was lost and took longer. I wanted the order cancelled instead, but that request was simply ignored.
No refund for the extra money I spent either.
Fabric was okay, so two stars overall.

The problem with Spoonflower is that they are so poorly equipped to handle customer needs. You can not talk to ANYONE. You can chat with an AI rep who repeated claims not to be able to understand your problem and would you please rephrase it. After up to 4 times rephrasing the same issue and having no idea how to do it another way, and then they finally send you to a live representative. But they are always so busy that you have to wait or opt to leave your email and sit and wait for them to reply. If you call this number: 919-886-7885 you will get an answering service who very cheerfully offers to get back to you if you leave a message. With no idea when they will call, you do what I did and went to my dr. appt. and missed their call. Then you have to start all over. Call, leave a message, and wait. Only to have them never call you back. I have left over half a dozen messages and gotten no response. I have engaged multiple times with their "chat" option and it required being put in a queue to sit and wait for a live representative. This is after I did battle with their AI bot who just kept asking me to rephrase my request. For a company with such potential to be so phenomenal, their customer service set up is by far the worst I have ever tried to deal with. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them 0. If you know what you want and are just able to process through without questions I'm sure you can give a glowing review. But if you are a thinker, as I am, you will become suicidal over trying to purchase something from this site. No where on their site does it say that yardage for repeats on wall paper are calculated by their online calculator. It took me 6 days of calling and trying to talk to someone to get the answer to that question. I could find nothing on the details for my chosen wallpaper design that tells me what the repeat is. This is just unacceptable. My project has been derailed so badly because of my issues with them that I lost my wallpaper crew. The project is so far behind and now I'm scrambling to find available contractors to help get it done. To do business with Spoonflower has cost me 4 times what the wallpaper cost me. Why didn't I just walk away? Because I built an entire design on this wallpaper and I want it above all else. It's phenomenal and I want it. I feel so disrespected by this company. Their behavior can only be described as exceptionally arrogant as they show no regard for the needs of the people who are keeping them in business.

As usual, your Customer Service Team is fabulous! They are all smart, articulate, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. It is always a pleasure to have contact with these evidently very well trained people.
HORRIBLE Customer Service! If I could give no Stars I would. I ordered pinstripe fabric I wanted to make a new Abaya(dress) I chose this fabric on their site when I received it! WOW! It didn’t match the picture at all! I reached out to their customer service department. Flat out NO! refunds no exchanges nothing!!

I experienced some concerns with the printing quality of my recent order. I received my design on both chiffon and cotton fabrics, and unfortunately, the quality on the chiffon did not meet my expectations, especially since I had a great experience with the same design and fabric two years ago. The cotton fabric also did not achieve the same quality that I anticipated. I reached out to inquire about a possible refund or reprint, but I was informed that the issue was attributed to my original submission. I will not use Spoonflower again.

I used the calculator to figure out how much wallpaper I’d need and was told to order 7 rolls. I ordered 8 just in case we messed up in installation. When the paper arrived, it wasn’t a repeating pattern as I’d been made to believe from the website, but a drop down pattern, meaning that the 7 rolls I was told to order was not enough to cover the wall properly. What I would have needed was 10 rolls. When this was brought to the attention of customer service I was told that I should have used the calculator because it’s a useful tool in figuring out how much product to buy. I’d included in my email to the company that I used the calculator so it was wildly clear my email wasn’t actually read. When I pointed out that I did use the calculator I was then told that it’s just an estimate and I may still need to figure out whether I’d need more or less for my project. I’m sorry, but WHAT?! What’s the point of a calculator if I still need to guess whether I need more or less. The woman “helping” me couldn’t have been more useless. There was no apology for the misinformation, no acceptance of accountability in the fact that the website is misleading or that the calculator is pointless. Overall, disgusted with the customer service I received. Thankfully, the wallpaper is beautiful otherwise I’d truly have nothing good to say about this company. As it is, this experience has left me with not much good to say. You guys really need to do better and accept accountability for how poorly described your products are. And either stand behind your calculator or don’t, but the mixed messages I received about it are laughable.
The instructions on your wallpaper very clearly warn against cutting the paper, but I was told by your representative that I’d need to order longer rolls and cut the paper to fit properly with the pattern. Again, mixed messages and just absolutely useless “help”. When I pointed out that the instructions say not to cut but she was telling me to cut there was no acknowledgment from her about this contracting advice. You guys really need to get your information straight.
0/10 experience with your company. Maybe have someone look over allll of the inconsistencies because it’s truly unacceptable.

No details in the patterns claiming to be ‘drop down’ wallpapers and their ‘calculator’ does not take that into account when using it. When we reached out about not having enough wallpaper because their website didn’t give us the right number or instructions, they said it was our fault and didn’t apologize or offer to help. Told us to order more of their grotesquely priced wallpapers. Completely useless company would not recommend.

The Spoonflower site has not been working for customers in Singapore since - as far as we know - July. Essentially it works for a page or two, then shows an HTTP ERROR 429 message and you can't proceed to search, log in, purchase, anything.
While their service reps sometimes politely acknowledge this (other times no reply at all), nothing has been done, making it quite clear that they really don't care about customers in this part of the world at all. It is, by the way, not just us having this issue -- we have heard from others as well.
As longtime customers, we are incredibly disappointed. Their product quality is so-so at best, yet we still loyally continued purchasing from them for years, but now that this has happened, we get the message loud and clear and will not be returning.
* Reply to company's reply -- Seems to me it would make more sense to just get the website up and running again when clearly the Etsy site has significantly less choice available and is more expensive. The website used to work fine internationally -- is the technical team so inept it can't make it work again?
