Found the perfect fabric for my tote bag project, vintage Mad Hatter. Received it a day before projected delivery date, they fixed a little snafu with my account so I could actually get in my account, and they answered my email and fixed it same day. The quality of the fabric is stellar, so soft, vibrant colours. The best thing, my best friend loves the print and that's who the tote bag is for. Definitely be ordering more fabric from Spoonflower again!

I have ordered in the past and forgot what to do about getting a pattern rotated and got help, unfortunately after getting my first order. I contacted Spoonflower and they gave me directions on how to get the pattern I wanted.
I am not a fan of “Chat” I would rather have talked to someone personally but did get help and was satisfied

I had a problem receiving my order due to the actions of the local post office. I contacted Spoonflower and they responded right away and kept in touch until I figures out what happened at the post office. As soon as I knew, they reprinted my fabric and sent it to me directly! I received it today and it's beautiful! Thank you!

The origonal order got lost, it showed out for delivery but never was delivered.
When I contacted Spoonflower by email and explained what happened, I really expected them to say "sorry, you'll have to reorder it";however, that is not what they did. They confirmed my mailing address, then proceeded to tell me thay would reprint the order and send it all at their cost. I have never been so happy with a company, not only did they resolve the issue, they did it in record time. They seem to truly care about their custoimers, which is rare in this day and age.

Lousy customer service. They want you to purchase a sample. That’s not fair to charge when they aren’t delivering the color that is so far off you can’t even recognize it’s the same fabric they advertised. Wish they would allow me to add pictures here. I am realizing by the reviews they have a lot of unsatisfied customers.

Now that I read the reviews I see that my negative experience could have been expected. The color representation is horrible. I did get a swatch, but when I went to have it made into placemats at $44 for 2, they came back a TOTALLY DIFFERENT color. Nowhere did I see to order different swatches in each fabric because the dye takes differently. If I was into dying fabrics, I might have known this, but given that I am not, this was an expensive surprise. Also, the response from support was not very understanding. As a matter of fact, "Your best option is to reorder the same placemats in the Wide Cotton Sateen 6.5oz, and they will arrive in a closer color to the sample you received. Here is a link to the same placemats so you can place your new order." didn't do it for me!!

I wish i had read the reviews prior to purchasing,jwcrc's review is similar to mine. I made to purchases, I was a cream material that actually looks yellowish and i was informed to send 2 photos and was also told I that this has printed correctly and that in the future , they recommend that i order a swatch. I just dont understand, cream is a simple color to replicate. And my 2nd order was supposed to be black and white but it turned out to be dark green and cream, which actually matches the GREEN sofa perfectly.

I'm not sure I'd even give full star.07 Your polar fleece is so thin and flimsy i hardly can call it fleece. There was so much white salvage border I lost part of my pattern. your colors online don't match at all. For what you charge you are a rip off. I will never order from you again nor will I recommend you to any of my friends

I ordered 6 different materials from Spoonflower in two different orders. Only one of the materials is useable, and it is not great. All of the fabrics are not very clearly printed, so there is a notable blur to them. I've ordered a lot of material online and never had a bad experience previously, so I was quite surprised. Also, one of the fabrics was supposed to be black, but it arrived blue. I sent a note to customer service. They were very prompt and requested photos. Photos were difficult to share because my phone photos are actually clearer than the actual material due to its autocorrect or something. The note back from them said that the quality is what they expected (not that it was good) and that I should order a swatch before ordering. This might be true with digital printing, and maybe their quality of digital printing is typical- this I don't know. Regardless, i won't be using Spoonflower for anything.

I love the print selection but honestly I will not be using again.
1. The fabric is very thin even with the more "premium" fabric upgrade. It can still be used for the skirt I want to make but it will need to be lined which I didnt want to do.
2. The cost is very high per meter and it two weeks to arrive.
3. It was posted with two addresses on the parcel so I spent two days trying to track down my parcel. Customer services didnt get back to me until after I had resolved the issue myself.
4. There is a two inch white border all around the print so I will now need another meter to get all four pattern pieces without a big chunk of white showing in my skirt.

I’ve been both a business and personal shopper of SPOONFLOWER. I read all these complaints. I have to say.
- is the buyers responsibility to read all fine print such as return policies, cancellations as well as things like shrinkage during print and Wash
- it is the company’s responsibility to POST it so that consumers can review the terms. By clicking to order you agree to all the terms.
Yes it’s true they cannot retroactively give you discount on an order due to pricing sales. But they can give you a coupon for next time.
Yes there is a printing shrink and a washing shrink. The meter or yard you ordered. Is then printed on. With a white border around it. So. If you needed a meter or yard. You do not order just one yard. You order at least 1.5 so you have room for shrink and all printing process. Obviously it’s hard to understand this on a first order. But they do answer all questions asked. They may be a day or two being you asking to them answering but I’ve found this company to be very responsive. And when items don’t show up. If you wait the allotted time and it’s not there. They make it right. With a reprint. Pronto. I highly recommend them.

THEY DO NOT DELIVER. I ordered on July 12, but as of July 27 nothing delivered. The postal tracking code shows that my order has been sitting in NC for more than a week, with no update since July 21. I live in VA. Spoonflower customer service has been USELESS - when I complained THEY DID NOTHING BUT TELL ME TO WAIT. They didn't even bother checking with the shipper. Paying and not receiving is a rip off regardless of the beauty of the products
