Throughout the year of using Split the Bills as my supplier they have always been available to speak on the phones and have promptly responded to emails with any issues I have! My phone call was picked up within two rings after the automated messages. The person who answered my phone was Lindsey.
She was extremely helpful and to the point.

She really helped resolve my concerns perfectly. My call ended within five minutes and I’m really pleased. Thank you Splitthebills team.!! you guys are fantastic

Ongoing billing issues have been a real headache. Despite my initial contact with "Split the Bills" to resolve the incorrect water bills, the problem persisted. They assured me they'd handle it, but more bills kept arriving. Each time, I had to chase "Split the Bills," who then said they'd contact the water company. It wasn't until I filed a complaint that they actually reached out. Communication was poor, forcing me to contact the water company directly to sort things out. I won't be using their services again and can't recommend them if you're looking for a straightforward experience.
