Ongoing billing issues have been a real headache. Despite my initial contact with "Split the Bills" to resolve the incorrect water bills, the problem persisted. They assured me they'd handle it, but more bills kept arriving. Each time, I had to chase "Split the Bills," who then said they'd contact the water company. It wasn't until I filed a complaint that they actually reached out. Communication was poor, forcing me to contact the water company directly to sort things out. I won't be using their services again and can't recommend them if you're looking for a straightforward experience.
