If you had selected Express Shipping, the parcel would have been delivered within 2–4 business days. However, by choosing Standard Shipping, the expected delivery window is clearly indicated as 5–7 business days. Given that a weekend was included in this timeframe, your order is still within the expected delivery period.
From the tracking information, we can see that the parcel was successfully delivered to the Parcel Shop on 17/11 and is now ready for pickup.
We’d like to point out that while we strive to provide the best service, sometimes delays or issues with delivery can happen beyond our control, such as with the courier service. We understand that this situation can be frustrating, but please know that we are always here to support you. 30 euros of robbery for shipping and returning process
Charging 15 euros for so-called express shipping which took actually 4 days at the end and not giving an opportunity for standard shipping option. Plus, to charge 15 euros more for return is a classical fraud and robbery. This never happened to me with any of those famous online selling platforms such as MyTheresa, Net-a-Porter, Farfetch. Simply said - outrageous. I gave 30 euros for nothing. Returning should be and it is always for free if it is within returning time period. And when it comes to charging clients for express shipping which actually doesn’t exist plus not giving an option to choose in between standard and express shipping is also a fraud. So, my advice to everyone, stay away from this unprofessional company. I would add on this review - this company was demanding from me to remove a review even though I have screenshots of the online purchase process where it is visible that there is no difference in between standard and express shipping - stated: 2 -4 working days after shipping confirmation email except the big price difference which is respectively:
standard - 15 euros (total exaggeration already)
express - 25 euros (total craziness)
Nonetheless, asking for covering of returning costs is precedant of all precedants: if your size isn’t correct you are paying again 15 euros to send the item back (nowhere to be seen or experienced so far). If you in explanation (comment) box emphasize that there is some other issue you are still charged 15 euros. So, as I mentioned above, stay away from this fraudulent company which is now offering me for free standard delivery for he next purchase (in order to delete my comment) and that speaks about itself too. It is a pitty that pics are not possible to be submitted in order to prove all above but go and check on the website, try to order something, put it in the basket, go on payment and then you will see their infamous rule of standard/express shipping of 2-4 working days. Net-a-Porter charges for same day delivery 19 euros and others 12- 19 euros too and it really is next day delivery and if it is not the case they return the money for express shipping (MyTheresa) plus they give a gift card as a gesture of appreciation and for us to stay satisfy and loyal to the company. This company is far from anything like this. They can only dream about it….Client service - zero points!

Your order was delivered in 4 days, fully within the estimated delivery window for the STANDARD service that you selected and paid for.
If you wished to receive your order sooner, you could have selected the EXPRESS shipping option during checkout.
Regarding your return, we’d like to remind you that the €15 return shipping fee for your Country is also clearly stated in our Returns Policy, which is always available on our website. Moreover, during the checkout process, all customers are asked to confirm that they have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions and Policies, which include these details.
When you requested a return, our team informed you — in line with standard procedure — that the return shipping cost would be €15, and this was clearly communicated before proceeding.
Finally, please note that your refund was processed on the same day our logistics center received your returned item — a level of efficiency that is rarely matched by most companies.

Fake fake fake don't buy anything from here these people say oh our stuff is 100% real but I ordered a pair of fendi shoes for $550 and the leather started to peel after first use. I have many designer shoes and bags I got from actual store and nothing ever happened to the leather but when I reach to them with pictures they are telling me nothing they can do cause it happened from regular use when I said it was only used once. And they told me they reach fendi directly and fendi can't do anything I find it hard to believe if anything is 100 authentic they wouldn't say that. Avoid this website they definitely use duplicate or else they would've helped me.

We have never told you to get in touch with Fendi directly, but we did it for you, as expected by our internal policy.
Regarding the autenticity, of course all our items are brand new and authentic. We always ship the items exactely as we receive them from the brand, including all their orinal tags, autenticity cards, dust bag and box. Furthermore, your shoes have been analyzed by the Fendi technicians, who would never analyze a fake item.

Best Place to Shop High End
The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a designer item online. Not only did my bag arrive to the UK extremely promptly, but the packaging also surpassed all expectations. The bag was protectively covered with fabric (!!!) around the chain and the front (other than the dust bag), and accompanied by a hand signed note from their boutique manager. From the ordering process to the delivery of the parcel, I could not recommend Spinnaker Boutique enough, especially for high-end pieces. Big bonus point that their pricing was better than anywhere in the UK, even after tax & duties!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
