do not order from here if ordering from the uk.when returning item they take 20% vat and tax. lost £170 because i returned a jacket. ordered from Italy before never had this problem. this company are thieves.
I went to your website and brought another item just to check and when I got to the Final stage payment it does not state anything about tax duties or anything else about VAT only delivery cost. It does not mention 20% deduction when item is returned. I have attached the two pages to show you exactly what I mean. It does not mention anything about duties or taxes. Plus you should state at checkout any returns there will be 20% reduction. This is unfair and I would like my refund. Thank you
