AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bought an outfit for a holiday, quality was awful so sent it back before I went away then got told they wouldn’t refund me as it’s been worn I didn’t even try it on as hated the colour and fabric! Rude customer service has absolutely no intention on giving me a refund, asked me to pay to have it shipped back. When I asked for proof of it being worn they said they had destroyed it! Been speaking to friends who have experienced the exact same experience. Absolute scammers they need stopping! I have contacted trading standards and eveyone else that’s been refused a refund should do the same!

Nightmare company

Nightmare company, I sent 5 items back to them in 1 package and they said they only received 4, I had to give them the weight of my package for them to check and they still refused to pay for the 1 item. They don’t cater for XS women with big boobs, their tops are time and cheaply made. The customer service is shocking and they get out of paying you your refund how ever they can. I will never use them again. Be careful when using this business .

Returned item, gift card doesn’t work- scam!

Returned item within their timeframe using their post service but they didn’t refund and offered a credit two months later which is disabled when trying to use it.

It’s definitely a scam and not worth the money you pay. Stick with the real brands whose service and communication is much better and value customer service.

Won’t refund my perfect condition return

Ordered a dress that I had to send back due to the sizing being ridiculously small, I had an email from them to say that they won’t refund me because there was a mark inside the dress, there wasn’t! Tried on once, packed straight back up and sent it back in perfect condition, I’ve sent numerous emails asking for proof of ‘the mark’ but they won’t reply, I’ve had to take a dispute out through my bank to try and get my money back, these dresses are not cheap.
I will never order from here again, and wish I would have read the reviews first! Not recommended at all!!

I have loved my experience with Sorelle…

I have loved my experience with Sorelle the tracking was available for both my orders on separate occasions, the quality of the pieces look so luxurious and high quality. Being a content creator I took pictures and videos with ease which my audience absolutely loved. I deffo recommend Sorelle for exclusive events something to stand out birthday outfits or even just drinks with the girls.

Use Klarna for protection on refund

Some items are of high quality and generally fit nice. I did have a couple of refunds which was easy enough to do through their website. I had an email back to say the items had been received and to wait 28 days. I emailed after 28 days to no response. Luckily enough I ordered through Klarna which allowed me the protection to claim my refund back and was processed within 2 days of raising the claim (with proof of delivery). I kept at least 5 items from my orders of 10 items.

First time ordering off this shambles…

First time ordering off this shambles of a company and I will never be ordering again. Trying to scam customers out of refunds, I sent my order back within the 14 days return period however they've said because it didn't reach their warehouse within 14 days I can only have a credit note. The items are cheaply made and can be brought from Ali Express instead for a fraction of the price. Will be doing a charge back through my bank.

Stole my money after saying I’d receive a refund

Returned my item within 5 days or receiving it, had an email to say they have received my item and that they will process my refund within 28 days. I waited the full 28 days before emailing, it has now been a month and I still have not received a reply or my refund!
Their customer service is AWFUL. Not only do they have my money but they also have the dress I sent back and have taken the charge for the return as well! PLEASE be wary when ordering from here, they do nothing but scam!

Ali baba china products , low quality, i ordered 3 months ago products with the value of 450£ and havent received it yet and never will going to receive it .

No refund after over 5 weeks

emailed and messaged multiple times, and there has been zero response.

This is completely unacceptable. You took my money, received the return, and have ignored every attempt I’ve made to get in touch. It’s beyond frustrating to be treated this way.

I will never order from this company again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them — once they have your money, they clearly don’t care about customer service or doing the right thing.

The WORSTT SIZING EVERRR

Omg the WORST sizing I’ve ever come across ever!!
So I am usually size 8-10 I am very curvy with more of a slimmer waist especially on my top.

So I like to size up. The size small didn’t fit which is fair enough, medium didn’t fit I was thinking hmm alright bit strange, but the large didn’t fit??

And that’s where I was like hmm okay wtf bc it wasn’t like it was baggy, it was just toooo short bear in mind im 5’6 58kg if that even matters.

So annoying because I thought it would be skin tight but at least but it still wasn’t, it’s just wayy to short maybe they just specialise in petite sizing but even my petite friend was having problems with this brand and their customer service, don’t make me even talk about that.

I do not recommend this brand one bit, and forgot to mention, their quality is so baddd so think so see through. Everything about this brand is terrible.

Returned a dress and never got a refund. Still waiting for £60. You make the effort to pay the 4.99 shipping cost to return the item - they email you to say they’ve received it and then never give you your money back.
Wouldn’t buy from here again!

Scam

Ordered 3 items, didn’t like 2 and needed a bigger size in the one I did. Sent all 3 items back within 23 hours of them being received & I’ve had an email to tell me they won’t accept one of the items due to a strong ‘odour’. Where’s the strong odour on the other 2 items then? Either I have to pay £8 to have that returned to me after spending £150 originally and £5 to return the package or I lose £55 for a bikini set made out of the cheapest, flimsy material due to an apparent odour. I will be taking this further.

Also selling items found on Ali express for triple the price.

Do NOT buy from this company

I ordered numerous items from sorelle. The items I received were mislabelled, did not match the product description on their site the size/material/finish was different and the quality was far below what was advertised. Threads were exposed, and items falling apart. I have contacted Sorelle but received either no reply or a generic “we don’t accept swimwear returns for hygiene reasons” ignores the fact the products were misdescribed.

This has been ongoing for months, causing me significant time, stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend purchasing from Sorelle.

Pros: none to report.

Cons: misdescribed items, poor quality, no meaningful customer service.

Highly recommend

I ordered on Wednesday using the standard delivery option and it arrived today on Friday! I love all the items that I’ve received and will definitely be purchasing again soon!
Wasn’t sure what to expect from reading the reviews but I can honestly say my experience with this company has been super. Highly recommend☺️
