SCAM BUSINESS

SCAM BUSINESS, absolute sham of a company I returned items that were received back to warehouse on the 17/12/25 still chasing for a refund and the response I got was wait 28 days, 28 days why exactly you have your items returned in a brand new condition.

Such a shame the website have nice items, would not touch them with a barge pole if you want scammed, clearly they struggle for custom with the amount of money they have stolen from people.

This is theft, I have raised a dispute with my provider when paying to get this resolved. Hopeless attempting to get my money back from this company, should be ashamed and not allowed to operate!!

SCAM

Avoid at all costs. Customer service appalling, refunds and returns are nonexistent, they take your return and don’t refund. Hopefully someone takes this company down!

AWFUL customer service…

AWFUL customer service…. That’s if you even get a response!!

I accidentally purchased two sizes of a swimsuit and messaged them 3 days after I purchased the order explaining that I needed to return them as I couldn’t afford them and hadn’t tried them on… they said that swimwear isn’t returnable - this is in fine print and would catch anyone out!! I’ve never ever been anywhere where swimsuit isn’t refundable.

Anyway, I ordered a co ord but because they took sooooo long (21 days precisely) to reply to the original email regarding the swimsuit, the return window for the co ord had expired. I complained once again and they straight up refused me a refund. I expressed twice that the only reason that I can no longer use the return portal was entirely their fault because they took so long to respond to my original enquiry, still refused me a refund.

SCAM energy.

The worst online shop!!

The worst online shop!!! Do not buy anything from here please!!! It’s like selling shein items for 10x price. I did order several outfits as I always do from different websites and never had any issues with returning. There was one particular outfit with bikinis as well I did not even try bikinis on because the cut was hideous. When I claim the refund they said there was an hygienic issue sending me a photo of these bikinis I didn’t even try on. So they will not refund it but can send me the whole parcel bag if I pay postage. Like excuse me why would I need that bag of crap?!

Horrible honestly the worst customer experience ever my whole purchase was worth £255, but I was just not bothered to argue with them. But as I see so many bad reviews with similar experience maybe it is time do take some legal steps.

Don’t expect to get a refund from them

The absolute worst company. They scam customers and never give their money back after a return and try to palm you off with ‘store credit’ that doesn’t even work. And somehow they manage to get away with it. Customer service is shocking, half the time they don’t reply and IF they do, they can’t spell and it’s all different copy and pasted sentences in different fonts. JOKERS - please save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else because if you don’t like the clothes, you’re not getting a refund.

I got sent an outfit a 3 piece set. I tried the skirt on but it was so short I couldn’t even wear it. I did not try anything else on. I sent it back the next day after delivery. They emailed to say it was marked in a hygiene area (the bodysuit) which was absolutely impossible as I didn’t even try on. Looking at the reviews they seem to do this a lot!!

HONESLTY WORST WEBSITE TO ORDER OFF!!!! it’s good if something comes back and fits, however don’t ever expect to have money back from a refund if soemthing comes and you don’t like it or doesn’t fit, they make you wait 28 days, tell you to wait and even after 28 days you won’t see no sign of your money. They also then ignore all your emails. Hoenslty stay away from this website. The sizings aren’t true to size which is probably done in hope they get returns which they know they won’t give your money back. Everyone stay away let’s try and make this business fail as it’s not okay what they are doing to people

DO NOT BUY. They will not refund you. I tried on a dress that was far too small (so it barely even went up my legs). Packaged it and checked there was nothing on it for my return, and when I’ve sent it they’ve emailed me that they won’t take it back as there are “marks on it”. Definitely aren’t… and I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER £7 TO HAVE IT BACK???? Do not buy!!!! Scammers that don’t protect your return rights! Merry christmas to me not getting £65 back… awful company

Poor costumer service

I hope you are well. I am writing to follow up on the refund that I have been waiting for. It has now been over three weeks, and I still have not received either the refund or any update on its status.

This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently. Please provide me with a clear response or confirmation of the refund as soon as possible.

If I do not receive an update soon, I will need to escalate the issue and seek assistance from the appropriate authorities or consumer protection services.

If I could give less than 1 star I…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I placed an order on 20th October, recieved it on 24th October and returned it on the same day,38 days ago. It has been 33 days since they recieved my items and today, 1st December I finally recieved an email to say I have to wait a further 7 days for my refund to be processed.
They also charged me £12.99 postage.
NEVER again will I ever order from sorelle. The customer service is atrocious. To wait 40 days for a refund is totally unacceptable. It's diabolical!!!

incredible 🤍

I recently ordered from sorelle and was blown away by both the quality and the service. The dress I received was beautifully made, with high-quality fabric and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The fit was perfect, and it looked even better in person than it did online.

Fraudulent company

Returned a £41.99 dress in perfect condition and they emailed back "You have sent back a Lulianna that has a distinct odour, meaning unfortunately we can not refund you this item." then charged me £6.99 as the item was "rejected" just to avoid a refund and "dispose" of it. This is a blatant violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am not alone, dozens of reviews show the same pattern. Do not buy from Sorelle UK unless you want to be scammed.

DO NOT ORDER - I WISH I LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS. They are a huge scam, the clothing quality is extremely poor and when you return goods they never refund money. The customer service is shocking. I have seen a lot of customers have reported them to trading standards. Save yourself!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bought an outfit for a holiday, quality was awful so sent it back before I went away then got told they wouldn’t refund me as it’s been worn I didn’t even try it on as hated the colour and fabric! Rude customer service has absolutely no intention on giving me a refund, asked me to pay to have it shipped back. When I asked for proof of it being worn they said they had destroyed it! Been speaking to friends who have experienced the exact same experience. Absolute scammers they need stopping! I have contacted trading standards and eveyone else that’s been refused a refund should do the same!
