ignoring my emails.

Royal Mail lost my return to Sorelle.

I contacted Sorelle saying Royal Mail said they have to claim direct to them and they can give them a refund to give to me.

They said they would contact them but now it’s been over a month and they are ignoring my emails.

Disgusting company with disgusting…


Disgusting company with disgusting people that working in customer service. So rude and have not got an ounce of manners. Missing items and refusal to refund and then refusal to refund when the items are sent back.

returned £160 worth of items to Sorelle…

returned £160 worth of items to Sorelle back in August, and I’m still waiting for my refund. After sending numerous emails with no response, I’ve realised they clearly don’t like refunding customers their money. They even lied, first saying there was “blood” on the item (which is ridiculous — it wasn’t even tried on), and then told my bank it was “torn.” They can’t keep their story straight!

It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. After this happened to me, I’ve seen so many others sharing the same experience. Be warned — their clothes look like they’re straight from Shein, and the customer service is awful. I’d recommend staying far away from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order, but since it wasn’t going to arrive in time for my holiday, I placed a second order of the same items, with next-day delivery. I ended up needing to return items from both orders and sent the two parcels at the same time, keeping my proof of postage.
One parcel contained two items, they gave me a credit note for one item and said they would return the other item back to me, I am still waiting almost 3 weeks later. The second parcel contained 4 items, the postage receipt shown the difference in the weight of the two parcels, which I had provided in my correspondence to them. They are now claiming the return only included 2 items instead of 4. As a result, I’ve received an £84 credit note instead of the £160 refund I’m owed. I’ve emailed multiple times, but communication has now completely stopped. Prior to that, the replies I did receive were rude and unhelpful.
I’m absolutely shocked that a brand with over 900k followers can treat loyal customers like this. It feels like they’ve stolen from me, and I’m not going to let it go. After reading so many similar complaints, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off, they must be making a fortune by ripping people off.

Avoid at all costs.

Dont order from this scam business

Ordered 4 outfits. Received on 30th July 2025. None of the outfits were suitable. Completed return on their website. They signed fir and received the return on 13th August. They didn't refund me. Issued store credit. I contacted them and said I didn't ask for credit, but refund to original payment method. They said their returns policy was that they receive returns within 14 days of me receiving order. I said that they had received my return on the 14th day. Which according to my maths is correct and within their policy. They replied that it was received on the 13th August and stated this fell outside of the 14 days!!!! Obviously their maths is not their strong point. I sent countless replies by email, which have been ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are scammers. Business practice....there is none

Placed order recieved

Placed order recieved. Asked fr qr code to get hut way a label unwell kids cudnt get out to library then msg for qr to be told no.send bak now . Sent bak that day for now to be scammed out my money told a credit a don't want a credit note a wnat my cash a payed for the skimpy item that was nothin to it hence reason sent bak wasn't worth money. Now am currently arguing for my money bak don't buybof this company there cons

If I could give a 0 I would. Purchased 4 dresses 2 sizes of 2 different dresses. Didn’t even try on the small on either dress. Was posted back within a couple of days, luckily I also took a video. Received and email saying that 2 were being rejected for refund due to marks! I was aware of their reputation (hence the video) from the reviews on here so made sure I had no make up or perfume on when I tried on. They seem to have a strategy refuse due to marks or dispute the number of items returned! Will just send the video to Klarna and let them argue it out. I would never purchase from them again

Never ever use this website

Never ever use this website, they make out you have sent back damaged products and refuse refunds. Goods were returned in perfect condition and original packaging. I should have learnt from my first time of purchasing an outfit. Never again

Avoid they don’t refund

Placed an order for three dresses and only two have arrived. I wanted to return them as the quality isn’t what I expected. Tried emailing and contacting them on instagram but totally being ignored, they have sleep mode on constantly. This situation has been going on for six weeks so doubt I’ll get a refund or hear anything back now. Awful company.

Didn’t get full order

Didn’t get full order. I’ve emailed over 10+ times, I’ve DM on Instagram 3 times, I DM the owner, I’ve left comments on TikTok and Instagram and still no response. Safe to say they’re scammy and don’t care about paying customers 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Stunning dress!

Ordered two outfits for my birthday, I ended up sticking to the red diamanté dress which I felt so pretty and confident in! The amount of compliments I had on my outfit, so many people asked me where I brought my dress from! Thank you! 🫶🏻

Stunning clothes and amazing service

The quality of my item (bikini set with skirt) is so so beautiful. I wore it to a beach club in Ibiza and got so many compliments. It’s washed well too. Customer service from Sorelle is always amazing as well - they’ve even messaged me on Instagram after I tagged them saying I look great. How lovely is that - girls supporting girls! Will always buy from Sorelle - looking for my new winter wardrobe now hehe.

Would not recommend there are not abit…

Would not recommend there are not abit professional, sent a dress back in same condition as I got it not a mark on it then told me was marked and I wouldn’t be getting refund, they seem to be doing this to a lot of people disgusting blatantly robbing people I haven’t had the dress back either so just took £50 of me for nothing worst store I have ever shopped at.

No refund and feel scammed

Ordered 4 dress costing nearly £200 and the sizing was dreadful none fitted and the material looked so cheap. So I started the return and sent back the items the following day which was within the 14 day guideline but according to this company the returned items didn’t reach them till after the 14 day period which is impossible and they are now refusing a refund only offering credit. I have since read similar reviews and there’s definitely a pattern they don’t like giving refunds which is dreadful. Definitely a company to avoid.

I bought 2 outfits of sorelle the black nalani dress and the red Brittany 2 piece both outfits stunning exactly what I wanted for Ibiza! Delivery was fast and the quality of the outfits were fantastic. I’ll be shopping on sorelle a lot more.

No refund

Purchased two dresses costing £95 both were virtually see through and very poor quality so I decided to return them that was 9 weeks ago. Tried contacting the company but still no response. If I had read other reviews before buying I wouldn’t have bothered. Reporting to trading standards.
