Hi had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan from Societyone I would recommend you ask for him as he was honest and helped me out and the speedy response was brilliant, customer above and beyond any company I dealt with.

Society One are great at managing your finances, they come up with an interest rate that is unique for you and beats the banks. Society One have assisted me with a loan for the past 4 years and have always treated me like a person, not a number. The wait times on the phone are minimal and they are easy to get a hold of. They also do not have penalty fees for paying extra on your loan or even paying it out early. Additionally they can also support you if you are having issues with managing your repayments, a simple phone call and discussion and they will come up with a plan that suits you. If I ever need a loan again, I won't hesitate to contact them.

I phoned yesterday to get a statement of my loan account. The gentleman I spoke with was really helpful and got me the statement whilst I was on the phone.
Seriously, this company is the bet lender I have ever dealt with over the last 25 years of getting car/personal/home loans.

My experience of applying for and receiving a personal loan with Society One was excellent. The initial process of application and sending documents was easy. All emails were responded to very quickly with easy to follow pricess.. Similarly finalisation via telephone was polite and well-informed, money in my account much more quickly than I anticipated. The online application experience with Society One was seamless. From quote to submission, nothing was complex, and all information was clear and concise. After submission I was contacted by Society One over the telephone clarifying details. Joe (assessment officer) was helpful and professional, and communication past that point was excellent. The approval process was quick and funds available soon after the assessment was compete. I would have no hesitation in recommending Society One for your financial needs.

I was initially nervous about a loan that was conducted entirely online and wasn't from a bank like I'd always dealt with in the past. I read a couple of financial reviews and liked the way Society One came across. I was surprised how quick and easy it was to apply and I'm not that tech savvy. We received an interest rate from Society One that was considerably lower than that offered by two banks! This included the bank we have been with for 34 years and had a housing and personal loan with in the past...my husband also worked for them for 5 years, you would think loyalty might have made a difference! We borrowed for a new car, and the money appeared in the account very quickly. On the few occasions that I have either rung or emailed I have received really polite,friendly and fast answers. I like the idea of peer to peer lending, it feels more personal. I'm so glad we took the opportunity to research and be approved for a Society One loan. My daughter also applied and received a loan for her wedding from Society One after the ease we had with the experience.
