Dealings were excellent. Extremely helpful when enquiries were made. Quick turnaround time from application to release of monies. Overall a fantastic experience. I have held two loans with Society One and would recommend them without hesitation.

I'd recommend Society one to anyone looking for a personal loan. The application process was fast & the interest rate was way better than the banks could offer.

Very easy online process
Very easy online process, I had the funds with 48hrs of putting in the application (which was a sunday). Competative rates also. Definately recommend if your looking for a quick, no hassle loan.

Unreasonable and unfair
We are currently in a time with record low interest rates and a government telling us to reach out to renegotiate at lower rates. Everyone has reduced theirs except Society One who told me in writing that it is their policy that they "do not negotiate on interest rates under any circumstances". I find that unacceptable and unreasonable so will continue to tell people via reviews that this is how they conduct business. I won't use them again.

Great service
Hi, I recently applied for a personal loan through society one, and although the loan was not approved (my fault) the online application was very easy to understand and use and the repayments and interest would have been fair, the team were very helpful and response time was quick well done. I will be definitely re-apply once I tidy a few things up.

Very impressed
I was amazed at how simple the process was, and how quickly my application was resolved. From when I submitted the application, to money in my account, took 3 days - it was far faster than I expected, focussed very quickly on resolving material matters only, and the person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely use them again if I needed a loan.

When I first considered using…
When I first considered using SocietyOne I was a bit worried about giving my bank log in details. I checked on trust pilot & everything seemed legit. The experience I had using SocietyOne was absolutely amazing. The application process was easy & straightforward. I received a call from SocietyOne the next day just to clarify a couple of items from my bank statement. Joe was friendly, polite and thorough. After a five minute conversation he said he would submit the loan for approval. Within hours the money was in my account. I have dealt with many different lenders during my life, but none better than SocietyOne. If you need to get a personal loan they are the only people you should consider.
