Best company! Good customer service, will reply you back in a time that you don’t realise! They fixed my coffee machine 2 times and got it back in just few days , no longer than 1 week all together sending it to Smeg company and they returned it in same week ! I recommend them highly!

Fairly easy to get in touch using website. I was contacted very quickly and arrangements were made for a DHL collection. They received my coffee machine on Monday, contacted me on Tuesday to say repair was complete and arranged delivery for Friday. No complaints and an excellent standard of service. Dan’s communications were superb and when I asked what the problem was I received a detailed breakdown.

I was disappointed that my new coffee machine start button was problematic but after speaking to Customer services it was sorted out quickly. It was picked up by DHL and repaired very quickly and return arranged to suit me.

I'm in Australia and requested a circuit diagram for an older Smeg oven one evening our time. Not being sure I would receive a response because I was in another country, I was surprised, delighted and very grateful to find the diagram waiting in my inbox early the very next morning. Our SMEG free-standing mixer was faulty, leaving ingredients partially unmixed. SMEG arranged to repair the item, which they did quickly and efficiently. The service was prompt and seamless, from pick-up to return took just one week. Excellent service from Dan.

13 months after purchase my Smeg bean to cup machine was faulty. Arrangements were made for it to be collected, repaired and returned. All done within a week. Great service from Mike and Dan.

Although we have had a fair amount of trouble with our coffee maker over the past couple of years, Smeg have been brilliant at dealing with this through repairs and a speedy service at their cost.

Having purchased a Smeg white induction hob I needed reassurance that I understood the wiring code correctly. Dan Moorcroft was excellent in Technical Support, his emails were prompt and concise and set my mind at rest that I knew what I was doing was correct.
