Excellent service for the repair of my grain to cup Smeg coffee machine. I returned it on 17 Dec. and it was ready for delivery 5 days later. I must say that Dan was very helpful and I’m really impressed.

Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly, ready with advice and generally helpful. My coffee machine was repaired and came back beautifully packed. The service is obviously geared to “the trade” but I was dealt with very well and made to feel valued. Top notch.

The actual repair of my bcc02 coffee machine was undertaken swiftly and efficiently and I was provided with updates. The DHL pickup and delivery was also trouble-free. The reason I have given 4 stars is that the only way you can file an issue is via an online form. I would prefer to have the option of speaking to someone who can then get the wheels in motion. The repair itself is perfect, the machine works like new. It’s just a shame it went so spectacularly wrong after only 6 months of careful use.

called as my coffee machine stopped working. Dan was great and responded right away and within a week it was picked up and now been sent back. really brilliant service!

The Smeg team made the process so easy- even providing me with all the materials I needed to deliver them the package. The flexibility and speed with which they reply has been exemplary. Dan even reached out to me on a Friday afternoon to ensure I could book in the earliest possible time for it to be returned to me.

Once I found out our coffee machine was under warranty, getting it repaired and sent back has been a very easy exercise. It was picked up by DPD, Smeg contacted me a few days later to say it was repaired and then a couple of days after that it was back.

Dan kept me informed throughout.

Everything was carried out as they said they it would be. Collected when they said, repaired when they said and returned when they said. Dan was communicative and the machine works as well as it always did. Thanks Dan.

My Bean to cup machine stopped working but luckily it was still within the 2 yr warranty. Process was quick and easy and packaging sent for the return. Start to finish was seamless and the machine works better than it ever did. Thank you to the Smeg team Dan and Anita

I found their address on the website and sent them an email requesting a circuit diagram. Daniel responded immediately. with that information I was able to resolve the issue with the oven power tripping. Thank you so much Daniel and I wish you all the best.
