When I have problems with my SmEG cofffee machine smeg-service are extremely efficient in responding to my email, collecting and repairing the product. I found Dan to be particularly helpful. I hope I do not have to use them again but if I do I have every confidence in the service

A genuine five star experience - thank you Dan.The repair of our SMEG coffee machine (the Diva) was undertaken with speed, efficiency and tangible care for customer relations. Response to the initial request for service was immediate, the repair was carried out the day following delivery and dispatched back to us the day after. Purchased a bean to cup coffee machine recently but noticed excess water leaking in the waste tray. Contacted Smeg who made the repair process extremely easy and hassle free. Dan was my contact point and he was extremely helpful and prompt with his responses. I was sent the appro packaging and collection and delivery were also arranged without fuss. The best customer service I have received by far and will certainly consider other smeg appliances because of it. Looking forward to my cups of coffee again. Thank you Smeg.

After a few false starts in getting problems with my SMEG coffee machine taken seriously, I was eventually contacted by a guy called Dan. That's when my faith in SMEG was renewed. Once Dan engaged, things moved quickly and the machine was repaired and promptly despatched back to my home.

The service I have received from Mine and Dan has been excellent. They have both arranged the collection and return of my Smeg bean to coffee machine within a week of it being sent for repair. This however is the 2nd time it has been returned since purchasing it in August 2024.

They responded quickly and courteously with the technical information I requested on one of their discontinued prodycts. Excellent service!

I reported a small fault with our bean to cup coffee machine on line with SMEG Customer Service. The machine was collected, repaired and will be returned in less than a week. We were kept up to date all the way by Dan and are very grateful for the timely updates. The machine initially seemed expensive but the performance and after care are definitely worth the investment.
