So I received my Highlands Cow Key…
So I received my Highlands Cow Key Holder about 3 weeks ago and it was in a regular Flimsy mail package and while being delivered throughout the many different mail offices it visited before getting to me, one of the horns on one of the Cows head was broken off. I emailed the company and they apologized and sent me a new one (a replacement if you will) and this time they put it in a box and then mailed it to me. Well, it came in one piece and made me and my wife (who loved Highland Cows) very happy! Thank you for hearing me through my complaint and replacing it and doing it the right way! I will purchase again through this company BECAUSE they took care of me (the customer) in a timely manner and followed up with me throughout the entire process!

First, this is my first time ordering from Smartsaker. I was a bit leery but gave it a go. The wait was unusually long but I was not in any rush. I was in direct contact with Kaus from the customer service department. As it turned out my purchase was either lost or stolen. Kaus assured me I would get a full refund. And, I did.
