Ordered and received a vegetable slicer,grater. Product was packaged and wrapped for protection in shipping it to me. The slicer is as advertised and I have used it several times and it does a great job. I am very happy with the results and would recommend it to people looking to make attractive dishes and salads.

Waited nearly one months for my order to arrive—only for it to never ARRIVE. Customer service issued only a partial refund when I got frustrated about the extreme delay and unprofessionalism. Afterward, I found many similar complaints from other customers. (Wish I had reviewed the website before I went ahead and placed the order). Hopefully, this will help someone else before they placed an order. Very disappointing experience.

SmartSaker Multi-functional Vegetable Cutter
I bought a Saker@Multifunctional Vegetable Cutter on line in response to a YouTube ad. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and broke at first use. The whole unit is badly designed and not strong enough to even dice sliced potato or even onion. Everything failed to work, the the large dicer blade got stuck in its receptacle so hard I cannot remove it without risking breaking something and the plastic tub cracked under. pressure. Worst product ever.
