I ordered 3 sets of the cow socks

I ordered 3 sets of the cow socks, waited a month and a half and got 3 sets of DOG socks. I would like to return the dog socks for COW socks.

Please tell me how to do this. I have sent at least 8 emails with no reply. Please my Granddaughter is waiting for the COW socks

Impressed

I’ve purchased several items from this company without a problem. On my last order, and for unknown reasons I received notice that I purchased two items. One I did not want. I immediately notified the company, no reply. I noticed them again when I received confirmation of shipment. I received a reply that I a refund was issued for the second item. It took a few tries but the problem was corrected

I had a problem with my order

I had a problem with my order. I ordered twice the amount by accident. I reported it to them just after I saw what I had done. They were so nice. I was credited back the extra order and also my money was credited back as well. I'll recommend this company.

In error

In error, I had ordered too many of the item I wanted and did not realize it until after placing my order. I contacted customer service and they fixed it immediately. I was told that I would receive a refund within 7 days. I'm looking forward to receiving the refund and also the product I ordered. Thanks very much for your help, Kaus!

Very good service.

After having difficulty sourcing replacement blades for my Saker mini chainsaw in the UK, I found them on the Smartsaker website. They were delivered in just over a week, and my queries regarding tracking were speedily and acurately answered. The product is excellent and fits my saw perfectly. WHAT A WASTE OF GOOD MONEY

I received only half my order. (Embroider stitch book kit) the embroidery bag contained thin sewing cotton, not embroidery threads, no use at all. The little book was too small to embroider (the one on the internet was probably done using textas, the loose pages poor quality material, printed too dark for threads to hide, and no instructions whatsoever as to how to do the embroidery, so no use for a beginner at all. What a waste of $99. Should have read the reviews first and saved my money.

The item arrived a day late after being reported recieved. The vendor was concerned enough to follow up on the order with great care to ensure we got it despite being a day late. They done their best which was no fault by them or I would have given a 5 star.

I asked customer service what was the procedure to return the product and get a refund.
I was advised that I would get a refund and no need to return the product.
