I’ve purchased several items from this company without a problem. On my last order, and for unknown reasons I received notice that I purchased two items. One I did not want. I immediately notified the company, no reply. I noticed them again when I received confirmation of shipment. I received a reply that I a refund was issued for the second item. It took a few tries but the problem was corrected

I had a problem with my order. I ordered twice the amount by accident. I reported it to them just after I saw what I had done. They were so nice. I was credited back the extra order and also my money was credited back as well. I'll recommend this company.

In error, I had ordered too many of the item I wanted and did not realize it until after placing my order. I contacted customer service and they fixed it immediately. After having difficulty sourcing replacement blades for my Saker mini chainsaw in the UK, I found them on the Smartsaker website. They were delivered in just over a week, and my queries regarding tracking were speedily and acurately answered. The product is excellent and fits my saw perfectly. I received only half my order. (Embroider stitch book kit) the embroidery bag contained thin sewing cotton, not embroidery threads, no use at all. The little book was too small to embroider (the one on the internet was probably done using textas, the loose pages poor quality material, printed too dark for threads to hide, and no instructions whatsoever as to how to do the embroidery, so no use for a beginner at all. What a waste of $99. Should have read the reviews first and saved my money.
