Mark Slade of Slade Property Collective is a joy to deal with. At each and every step of my house sale, from the start to the finish, he was there to hold my hand and lead me through the whole process. Professional and knowledgeable, Mark is to be highly recommended. This is NOT your typical high street chain, Mark is thoughtful, polite, straight talking and honest. His attention to detail and superb communication in all matters was second to none. As someone who knew absolutely nothing about selling a house, I was grateful for the guidance and reassurance that Mark offered me.

What an amazing experience with Mark at SLADE. This is my third property buying and by far my best estate agent experience. Mark Slade has launched his new independent Estate Agency in Wolverhampton in Style with the sale of my house!
We were a bit wary about selling this year with the current market conditions…but Mark put our minds at rest, had some educating conversations, produced an amazing advert, structured and carried out all our viewings and managed to achieve multiple offers and sold the house for over the asking price in September.
Communication has been second to none, not only during the selling process, very importantly through progressing of the sale with regular updates to all parties and now a completion date is insight!
