Mark sold my dad’s house in Codsall Chapel Lane. We wouldn’t hesitate in asking him again as we had excellent service. We have recommended him to all our friends and acquaintances.

The pictures of my dad’s house showed its full potential and it attracted a lot of interest. It was sold very quickly.

Mark arranged all the viewings, dealt with all queries particularly whilst we were on holiday he kept us up to date with everything that was happening. As soon as an offer was made he informed us, sent us messages received from the viewers regarding the house. He also gave us advice regarding offers and this enabled us to receive the maximum amount possible.
