Great, speedy service.
Mark oversaw the sale of my late Father's home, an emotional time for myself, but Mark handled everything with care and thought.
Mark was thorough, took great photos and sold the property within 6 days for pretty much the asking price.
Should I need an estate agent in the future Mark will be the first person I call and will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for an agent.

Importantly he works as an effective communicator keeping everyone involved and well informed, whilst guiding us through the necessary steps, utilising a 1-1 style.

Mark is incredible and the service is 10/10! I originally went with Slade for a home, and didn't get it. Mark personally called me throughout and assured me on next steps. It just so happened I found another property under the Slade portfolio (which was perfect). It's my first home and I couldn't be happier. Whether it was the little questions or big, nothing felt like trouble. I was notified of any breaks, what to do next and how things work - all with a gentle approach, that comes full of experience. The best estate agent going
The best estate agent going, couldn’t be happier with our experience..
We tried to sell our property with another online estate agent who were useless and made us feel uneasy about the whole process.
Since choosing Slade property collective, Mark Slade has been excellent, he sold our house in Perton, Wolverhampton quickly with his exceptional photography skills and attention to detail. Really put us at ease. Amazing communication throughout, would definitely recommend 👌🏼

We asked Mark to sell our property as we had been with a large estate agent for 12 months with no success. Their service was everything promised and nothing delivered. Mark was recommended to us and we are so grateful for the personal service that he offered. He talked us through every stage and completed all our viewings for us. We had more viewings in the first two weeks than in 7 months with the high street agent. Our property was advertised, sold, and complete in just over 3 months.Up until day of completion Mark was there to again guide us in the final steps. This company is absolutely brilliant and if I could give 10 stars I would as I feel 5 stars is not enough for the service I received from mark and Oliver. They’ve recently sold a property for me and I have to say it was the smoothest and most stress free sale I have ever made. The advert was faultless with the house selling within 5 days of going live and completeing with in 7 weeks overall.during the process there was never a time that I couldn’t get in contact with either mark or Oliver and I would highly recommend slade to anyone that wishes to receive a faultless and stress free service. We made an offer on a property in June and the sale went through in November. Mark was great from the get go, he was with us for our first viewing of the property in Pendeford and assisted us in next steps after wanting to proceed with the purchase.
Mark was always on the end of a phone if we had and queries or questions (even when he was on holiday).
Mark managed our expectations when we became frustrated with the pace of the vendors solicitors and made every effort to expedite matters when appropriate to do so.
Mark even paid us a visit on the day we moved in to see how we were and gave us a card and flowers which we thought was lovely gesture and thoughtful touch!
Mark will be our first point of call should we decided to sell in the future, he was very attentive and hands on which we really appreciated.
