They helped me find a great deal for my disabled dad
SkyLux's help was incredibly special for me! My dad had a life-saving surgery and I wanted to take him and my mom on their most epic trip to Japan but also to ensure my dad can fly comfortably as he is legally disabled. I was initially looking at booking direct with the airline but then the price doubled literally right before I was paying and I could no longer afford the new rate. So I reached out to SkyLux and got a quote from August which was the original rate I saw with the airline (before it doubled). I then called them and it was Nestor who picked up and he was the most genuine and caring person. He stayed on the phone for 40 minutes to help me book the ticket and it wasn't easy because of some issue with the airline but he kept persisting and requested the same price I originally saw from the airline. Everything after that was so smooth and they also have a good platform of their own where you can also request special services such as assistance. I did that and immediately got a confirmation from the airline. Thank you so much, Nestor! You are a true gem and a superstar and because of you, I can now show my dad who's worked hard all his life what it's like to fly business and explore Japan! This is such a gift for my family. Thanks a million! This is definitely a legit agency that hires bright people who truly care. I will come back for more :) Multumesc.

Rafael was great. I told him what I wanted but he made some suggestions that made the flight options better. I was working with someone else, but they became unresponsive possibly due living in a very different time zone. I would suggest using an agent that is in a similar time zone.

Concierge services for business class
Alen help create my multiple airline trips for a total of three international country. 3 flights.
It’s very difficult to do it on my own and with agents like Alen at SKYlux; he made it very easy for me. However, he spent long hours behind the scene, creating my itinerary, perfectly just the way I requested for my business trip.
