The booking process was simple and the price was very competitive. I did have an issue trying to get checked in initially. The problem seem to be because there were two different airlines handling my flight flights. After I called, they were able to solve the problem and get me checked in.

Ghosted by staff and management after several years of good service.
I worked with BCC for several years and had nothing but good service until February. I contacted the woman (let's call her Amy) I worked with for several trips, no problems. The last request: I heard nothing for a week, contacted her: no response. Finally contacted her manager and within 10 minutes she responded and apologized. Gave her my flight info, then no response. E-mailed her again an CC'd her manager to say I would handle my own reservations.
Never heard from either of them again.
Also, I recommended Amy to friends, they contacted me because they were still waiting for a response after 2 weeks. They gave up after I explained what my experience was.

I needed to share my experience and let people know how amazing the service of Cecilia Rodriguez was for me. During my recent trip to Thailand I had an adventure from start to finish with my flights booked through business Class Consolidator, and from start to finish Cecilia and team was there for me. My trip started with a delayed flight due to a snow storm, Cecilia acted quickly arranged for another flight out as soon as it was possible and I was gone within 24 hrs. In hopes that this would be my only issue, 😩, my return flight was cancelled, due to the war in the Middle East (you can’t make this stuff up). Although I was in a panic, once again, Cecilia and team worked diligently to get me on a flight back to the states. It wasn’t just the fact they arranged for a return flight in a timely manor, it was much more than that. Cecilia, spoke with me on a daily basis, no matter what time of the day and even through times of which I am sure was her personal time ensuring my issue was being handled and was more of a friend then just treating me as a business transaction. I sincerely want to thank Cecilia for everything she did for me specifically. I hope management at business class consolidators understands what a gem they have here in Cecilia. What was a rough trip due to circumstances out of our control was truly handled with care and concern. Thank you Cecilia.
