This has to be the worst company ever

This has to be the worst company in the world. They will not turn up on time, they will use your car as a taxi whilst you are away, they will use your fuel, damage your car, leave litter in it. Don't just take my work for it.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS…

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....

They are really really bad... Bad with everything & no words to describe. I am so angry for what they have done to my car and take no responsibility what so ever... Very very bad.
I left my shiny sports-car almost new, fully clean valeted inside/out before going on holiday, with them in good faith and trust as they operate out of airport (Meet & Greet Service) at Gatwick Airport multi-storey car park.

On my return car was damaged at the left front bumper, car was very very dirty covering in leaves, twigs all over. Seems like have been using/ having fun with it and also must have been parked up in the middle of fields somewhat to have this amount of leaves/ Twigs etc. I have complained to their member of the staff who handed over my key (at the multi-storey car park-6 Level-5 as instructed), but was told to call the office and they will sort it out with the repairs etc.... after several calls, emails still nothing. Big mistake should have call the Police immediately to open the case....
Now since they are not responding/ taking calls etc... Left me with no choice but to pursue this company via relevant authorities etc...
This company shouldn't exist operating out of Gatwick Airport or anywhere else.
*Company Director must take the responsibility for the negligence of the employees handling client vehicles.

If anyone interested to take group action please get in touch.

Please, Please Do Not book with them

We booked an airport car parking service through Ezybook, the service provider was supposed to be Skylink Parking.
On the way to the airport I called the number that was provided in the confirmation email.
There was an instruction where to park. So we did and I called them. They said they’ll be there in 30 minutes. 40 later I called the again, they said an other 20 minutes. So we were playing this game for 2,5 hours. At the end they said just leave your car keys on the front wheel and we’ll collect your car later. Obviously, we did not do it. So we had to leave the car at Gatwick South Short Stay car park ( that was the meeting and collection point) because our flight was leaving in 50 minutes.
So we ended up paying the booking fee plus £600 at the short stay car park because the company did not collect our car. Absolut SCAM!!!

Bad Service

When arriving at Gatwick Airport we phoned ahead to
the Skylink staff to bring our car forward it took 2 hrs and the car was awful We left our brand new car clean and tidy and when it came back to us it looked so muddy inside and outside it looked awful Everyone looked shocked at the state of it. I went crazy at the staff and accused them of using it . There was no apology or sorry. Other people also had dirty cars back at the same time and petrol had been taken from one car. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they are useless

Dreadful dreadful Company

Dreadful dreadful Company
We waited two hours for our car never again. All the driver could say was it wasn’t his fault. Immigration turned up while we were waiting and apparently all their drivers are illegal so they all went into hiding.

If I could give this review minus stars…

If I could give this review minus stars I would. What an absolutely terrible service. I booked through a booking agent Parking4you so did not get to read the reviews until after our issues. On rechecking my booking I noticed it advised this company was the service provider.
What can I say, we landed after a 8 hour flight and I rang the number on the ticket we were given as we were told to ring 30mins before collection. 2 numbers provided, a landline and mobile. The landline just constantly rang, the mobile said it could not connect us. I had rung 30 times be time we had collected our baggage with no success. We headed straight up to the car park, where there were 6 other couples waiting. The guy from the parking company said there was only one car for collection, no others. All the other couple did not get through on the numbers either. The parking guy tried to ring his office, couldn’t get through !! He eventually went off to find everyone’s cars. In the meantime I contacting Parking4you through there online chat, they provided an alternative number. I called it and got through to a very obnoxious fella, said I should have called 30mins before. Told him I’d rang on numerous occasions but no answer. He said he’s sat in the office and nobody had called said I was lying !! I was so angry, told him his own team couldn’t even get through to him. He insisted there was no problem at this end and again I should have called. He kept interrupting me, was so rude. I eventually lost my temper and told him head had better have my car here within the next 30mins. He cockily then told me it had been dispatched. I put the phone down on him I was so annoyed. When the guy dropped our car he told us there was problems with the phone lines but the office was aware of it. I informed Parking4you and told them they should not be using this company. They did refund me £50, but that is no consolation when you are absolutely shattered after an 8 hour flight, waited 1 hour 40 for our car. Then have a 4 and half hour drive home !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

SHOCKING!!!!!!

Please Do Not use this company, our car was left in a a state, it had obviously been used for the 5 days we were away, nearly a full tank of fuel used, rubbish left in the car, empty cans and bottles chucked on the floor, our coats we had left in the car had been left on the floor and food left in the back seat and looked like it had been spilt on our leather seats. Items missing, clearly everything had been turned over in the car and stunk of curry inside.
This business needs to be closed down and should not be allowed to get away with this.
The driver left our car on the wrong floor with the key on the wheel obviously didn’t want to be confronted.
Disgraceful and very upsetting to come back to.

Con artists

Don’t even know why I’m wasting anymore energy writing this review. The staff at this company are awful, we got left stranded at the airport with a 10 month old baby for 3 hours, no car turned up. Told multiply lies. Laughed and swore at us on the phone. Had to get the train back from Gatwick as no car seat. Still no car. Said they’d drop it round this morning. Can’t get hold of them. Have called the police - which I’m sure they’re laughing at again reading this

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOTE - ALSO KNOWN AS FLYAWAY PARKING GATWICK & PARKING4YOU (THEY ALL SHARE SAME CONTACT NUMBER). Returned 3 days ago and have only just recovered enough to write this. On arriving they couldn’t find my keys and after waiting for 2 hours they told me I needed to take a cab home (3 hours away) and they would bring my car to me the next day! Are you joking?! After a lot of shouting and a good dose of female emotions my car appeared. The seats were fully reclined, the heating was at full blast (in September) and the auto lights had been turned to off. Also footprints in both front and back seats. You don’t need to be a genius to work out that they slept in my car with the heating on, whilst charging their phone (they left the phone charger as a present!). Horrendous. I feel completely violated. They are a bunch of crooks.

Waited 2 hours for our car at midnight. Very rude man on the phone lied over and over again about when it would be returned. Do anything to avoid this company, they are totally untrustworthy.

Disgraceful Company

We delivered our car to Skylinkparking.co.uk at Gatwick Airport on 6th September. We had problems getting through the barrier at Gatwick and were told it was not an official company and to go to the 5th floor and ring them. Not a great start! Anyway, our car and our son's car were eventually collected. My daughter, who had arranged the parking, started to look for more reviews on the company and spent a very worried two weeks away after all the terrible reviews she had read. She kept this to herself so as not to spoil our holidays but her holiday was pretty much ruined by the stress. We landed back on 20th September and went to get the cars. Much to my daughter's relief both cars were returned. What a disgusting state they were both in! The interiors of both vehicles were caked in mud, there was mud all over the seats and muddy footprints up the rear of the driver's seat, with a large muddy handprint on the rear of the headrest. Mud was also up the back of the front passenger's seat. Our vehicle is a large Motability vehicle, adapted for our wheelchair-bound other daughter's use, with all the appropriate clamps and associated fittings. Thankfully, these were all intact. However, her Blue Badge for disabled parking had been stolen. The time clock for the badge was still in place on the dashboard but the Blue Badge was nowhere to be found. The vehicle is accessed by a ramp at the rear and it is impossible to get into the vehicle from the rear when the ramp is up but there were muddy footprints all across the rear bumper. Can only assume that the vehicle was parked so close to another that they had to climb across the bumper to get between the cars. I emailed the company with all the photographs of muddy interior and reported to them the loss of the Blue Badge which had been clearly visible in the front windscreen. A person called Dwayne emailed back to say apologies for the inconvenience and could I send photos of the condition of the car when it was delivered to them so he could investigate further. I emailed back saying I had entrusted a clean, pristine car to them and why would I have taken photos of the interior when I was trusting the company I was delivering to it. I also said he had failed to address the issue of the missing Blue Badge and what did he intend to do about both issues. Unsurprisingly, I have not had a further response. Have spoken to Gatwick Police who have done a report and issued both Report Number and Crime Reference Number regarding theft of Blue Badge. They advised to speak to Trading Standards for Gatwick Airport area to report condition of cars as we entered into a contract with Skylinkparking.co.uk and they have not provided the level of service expected. Was also advised to leave honest review on Company's website and contact Watchdog and Rogue Traders, which I shall be doing. Would advise to anyone looking for Meet and Greet parking at Gatwick to avoid this company.

Further to my earlier review entitled…

Further to my earlier review entitled ’missing presumed stolen’ my car was actually found after 6 days as a result of my persistent phone calls.
They are not criminal they are chaotic. They had lost my key because the driver had not returned the job card to the office. Apparently the key might still turn up as cars cycle though their time in the parking lot. Which is a series of tracks in the woods somewhere to the east of the M 23. They say that my expenses will be repaid to my credit card. I was met by a South African guy who was very helpful and has been brought in just this week to get some organisation onto the operation. If the owners of the many high value cars I saw knew where they were parked they would have a fit. However, I got my car back in good condition so I’m mightily relieved. But despite the nice SA guy, I will never hand my keys to anyone again at an airport. Ever!

This company should be prosecuted

This company should be prosecuted. Returned our car with 100 extra miles on the clock and two weeks later we got a £100 parking fine from Marriott Hotel. In addition their customer service was terrible, one hour wait to collect and two hours to return. Do not be tempted by the lower price, your car is not safe with them.

Absolute Cowboy outfit

Absolute Cowboy outfit. I arrived at Gatwick to colelct my car at 4pm on the 20/9/22 only to be told thye had lost my keys. They suggested I use my spare key which they said I was advised to bring with me in the T&Cs, whci it isn't by the way. They then said I could get a taxi to and from my house to collect my spare key 200 mile round trip then mail the reciept to the for payment, not really an option I then requested they informed me where my car was and they withheld this information. There was no other help offered other than I could wait all night at the airport to see if the could find my key or three days if they had to order a new one. finally they said I could organise a recovery truck to transport my car to my home at my expense. I had a friend bring me a key and the reluctantley gave me a post code where my car was located. This turned out to be a reputable company APH, after calling them back a guy turned up in a transit and said follow me. My car was located in what could only be described as an off road 4x4 dirt way. I arrived home at 11:30PM. My advise to to stay away from this company as there were about 9 other customers who waited hours for thier cars, arrived back with over 200 miles on the clock, had there house keys removed from thier key rings or just arrived back damaged and filthy dirty. Some customers trying to drop off thier cars saw the chaos and took their custom elsewhere.

Rogue company pretending to be official Skylink parking

This company is criminal and it’s an outrage that Heathrow / Gatwick allow them to use their car parks for meet and greet. The Police aren’t interested and Heathrow hasn’t responded to my complaint which indicates why this rogue company is still operating. There is an official Skylink meet and greet which warns on its website not to book Skylink through websites such as Ezybook because you get taken to the website of the scam Skylink company. They lost our keys and left our car in a hotel car park for two weeks so we will be soon be getting a penalty notice from the car park owners. We had to pay for a taxi to get us to where the car had been dumped after returning from holiday and after they sent a dodgy locksmith who couldn’t get in to our car to get our spare keys we had to get the AA out. If was more than five hours before we could drive off after being ready to collect our car and we now have to buy new keys. I’m just relieved we had spare keys with us. Obviously this company promised us to to reimburse all costs and refund the original charge but now don’t respond to our calls / emails. I recommend to anyone caught out by these criminals to make a chargeback request to their bank / card provider to get their money back. This is what Citizens Advice Bureau recommends. We have also reported this company to Trading Standards and complained to Ezybook.

Gatwick Parking Scam Warning Another disgruntled Customer

Gatwick Parking Scam Warning. we returned from holiday last night at Gatwick South, I phoned the meet & greet company who had allegedly parked my car whilst away. After 1.5 hours of being messed around we found my car in the North side car park, It had been left unlocked with the key on the rear tyre, covered in mud and leaves and around 80 miles had been used since I left the car. There were several other peaople who had used the same company who couldn't find their cars and we all received foul abuse from the company driver. I checked the company reviews, as I had done before booking the job, but then found the Trustpilot reviews which I had missed. If you are using a meet & greet company, unless they have paperwork with your details on don't use them. You would be better off moving your car to the Long stay car park and taking your keys with you. At least you will get your car back. BTW the police don't want to know.

DONT USE left my car with Skylink for 4 days NIGHTMARE

I left my car with Skylink for 4 days, got it back with a note from my insurance company that the car had been excessively speeding, damage to the vehicle inside and out and muddy inside and out. Honestly, can't say how bad these guys are. DONT USE. Haven't responded to my complaint, can't speak to them on the phone because they just laugh and put the phone down and stuff was stolen from my glove compartment, which I only found out yesterday. Have reported to Gatwick and the Police, hopefully they aren't operating much longer.

The back armrest been opened with stains of alcoholic drink left on

The lingering smells of alcohol and stains of spilled alcohol on the back seat clearly shows someone consumed alcoholic drinks in the car
