It was great to get proper in-person Fire Warden training, rather than an online automated course that can feel abstract. I appreciate being told what the limits to a Fire Warden's responsibilities are, for instance it's the management's job to define the required procedure. I used to worry unnecessarily about that. And iwho doesn't enjoy blasting a fire extinguisher?! The trainer was very friendly, clear, concise and thorough. I would recommend this course.

Relaxed atmosphere but was very informative with plenty on interaction

The content was great, however it was not ideal that during a three day course we had a different instructor each day, leading to some confusion and inconsistency in terminology and acronyms.
Now lets talk about the lack of professionalism by one of the trainers. He promoted misinformation, his personal beliefs about conspiracy theories against the public health system have no place in an environment where he is in a position of power. He should never be put in a position of leadership and teaching others if he can not separate his misinformed beliefs with scientific facts. His view caused me to loose all faith in anything he said as he lost all my trust in his ability to think critically. I hope he educates himself in the future and stops putting the general publics health at risk by making up 'facts' about vaccines that just don't exist.

I recently completed the 3-day First Aid course with Carol Odemon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Carol is an outstanding instructor—knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about teaching. She explained everything clearly, made the sessions engaging, and created a relaxed atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable asking questions.
The course was very hands-on, with plenty of practical exercises that helped build confidence in applying first aid skills in real-life situations. Carol's enthusiasm and real-world experience made the training both informative and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain valuable first aid knowledge. Thank you, Carol, for such an excellent learning experience!

This was a great course - with a good mix of practical work and presentations. I was left with a sense that I would be able to deal proactively and helpfully with any work place incidents that might occur.
The facilities were good and the instructors were both personable and really knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
