Fantastic course from Darren & Paul, good pace & very informative & useful! My only criticisms would be the age & size of the venue, could be more comfortable temperature wise & bigger to allow larger groups to be accommodated.

I attended the First Aid at Work Refresher course in Tamworth on the 2nd and 3rd of July, and it was excellent. Cheryl was a fantastic instructor who made the course engaging, informative and genuinely enjoyable. Rather than just teaching us how to treat different conditions, she explained the causes behind them, which gave me a much better understanding and made everything easier to remember.
The two days honestly flew by. I usually dread courses like this, but Cheryl kept everyone involved, and the atmosphere was so relaxed that the group of ten strangers didn't feel like strangers by the end. I would highly recommend this course to anyone needing first aid training.

The trainer Stacey H. comes with a good energy, uses humour appropriately and has experience so the stories that come with that are great

I recently completed the First Aid at Work (FAW) course with St John Ambulance at Limehouse and found it to be an excellent training experience. The instructor Marie was highly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the course both informative and practical. The facilities were comfortable, and the hands-on exercises helped build confidence in applying first aid skills. I would highly recommend this course and venue to anyone looking for quality first aid training.

A brilliant course. I visited the Oldham SJA building and my instructor was Elke Hensel-Medina, who was engaging, kept the course interesting and was very knowledgeable. I very highly recommend this course for anybody needing to learn first aid in the work place.

The course was informative and broken into manageable sections. The trainers were passionate about the subject and had a clam and non judgmental approach. It had a good mix of verbal and interactive and although an intense course was enjoyable.

I found this corse extremely helpful and Dave explained everything clearly and slowly to make sure that i understood anything. I found his feedback weather it be advice for an easier way to do something or just a bit of help to help me understand how to do something extremely helpful. I found all of the things that were covered relevant and will be helpful. I found the role play of an injury helpful as although it was pretend it gave me an idea of how it might be if we came across the issues at work or in public.

Mason our trainer was very professional and knowledgeable, he was intuitive about people’s fears ( about blood and wound injuries) and made them fell like they had control to take a time out . Great explanation about all aspects of First aid at work while letting people ask and answer questions about the training course. The facility was clean, spacious with all the equipment needed and a nice tea / coffee/ water area . As with St John’s a go to for all your first aid training from beginning to quite in-depth full courses.

Brilliant training from St John’s
Excellent delivery, the trainer put everyone at ease as it’s a bit awkward when you are a bunch of strangers. Used humour and excellent examples to help us get through. Great facility in West Brom, tea, coffee etc provided. Would recommend and thank you our wonderful trainer Megan
