really comprehensive and interesting day
I usually do a shorter BLS course which is fine but though more expensive I feel this was definitely worthwhile

Can’t complain
Decent course, made to feel welcome, only downside been no lunch included and the air con was abysmal at best on such a hot day. These don’t reflect on our teacher for the 2 day refresher.

A brilliant course
A brilliant, educational and inspiring course, absolutely essential for anyone requiring First Aid training for the workplace. Trainer Emma Hurley presented the course exceptionally well in a clear and professional manner, putting everyone at their ease and explaining each section clearly and concisely and instilling confidence in all participants.

Tracy was a very knowledgeable and thorough tutor who made the sessions interesting and thought provoking and made me walk away with much more confidence to be able to offer Mental Health First Aid in my company. Highly recommend.

Very good experience!
The instructor was very friendly along with the other people in the class. He taught the programme in a way that was fun to learn, with a mixture of reading, practical work and quizzes! I felt comfortable in the class and would definitely recommend to others looking to do this or similar courses.

The training session was useful & facilitated by a knowledgeable trainer who got us involved which prevented the subject becoming too dry...It felt a little rushed towards the end but we covered everything reasonably well...happy to recommend...thanks
