In addition to the top quality clothes the communication was impeccable! Due to one style of dress being out of stock, my daughter selected another which was just as beautiful. Meanwhile, I got a text her original select dress was back in stock! We ordered it with intentions of returning her second choice but..we decided to keep both!
Will be a repeat customer!

Absolutely appalling customer service.
I started trying to return my order within days of receiving it, but Sister Jane’s returns portal repeatedly failed and would not let me proceed or finalise the return request. After contacting customer service and resolving the portal issue, they refused my return because the 14-day window had passed, despite the delay being caused by their own faulty system.
Zero accountability, zero flexibility, and an awful experience as a first-time customer. Looking at Trustpilot, I can now see I’m far from the only person who has had issues with their returns process. STAY AWAY!

Sister Jane were excellent at replying to me when I received 2 dresses I bought for an important event & had to make arrangements to send them back as I got the wrong sizing. Thank you for your help & I look forward to you receiving the dresses back in the exact same careful package. I will also be repurchasing my dress in my correct size.

I placed an order and immediately realized I wanted to add another item before it shipped to avoid paying double shipping to the US - Anna on the customer support team helped me immediately to add the item to my existing order and get it sorted promptly! Great customer service. I have bought Sister Jane from different platform. I had a big order during sales season, then I need to do a return through Belgium post but it caught in union strike,so it took more than 20 days for return package to process properly. I emailed them team and they are so very understanding great attitude. I would definitely shopping more in the future.

Do not order directly from Sister Jane online. I bought 2 dresses which fit terribly. One was shockingly poor quality and arrived really creased. The returns window is really tight (2 weeks) and they will not even provide store credit outside of this. Usually a reruns window is tight the retailer is up front about this - Sister Jane’s returns policy is hidden in a nest of links. Have been stung for £170. Will never shop here again.

I absolutely love Sister Jane! I was delighted to wear one of their beautiful skirts to my nephew's wedding recently and everyone loved and admired it on the day!

I cannot praise the lady Maria for her wonderful help and just this morning Jodie who was wonderful as well, they both were helpful they actually do what they say they are going to do that is a very rare thing these days. They actually care a I have would have given more than 5 gold stars for their care and service it was above and beyond. I absolutely cannot recommend this company anymore than I have, it’s has restored my faith in retail and customer service 10/10
