Refund Refusal on items that don’t fit

I made an order with SJ on multiple items, unfortunately a few items didn’t fit so I requested a refund. The brand refused my refund due to making payment on a business card which is totally normal for customers to do as this is an active account. When getting in touch with customer service I was shut down with no help whatsoever and told there was nothing they could do because I paid on a business card. Nobody will sit there reading through a websites t’c & c’s before purchasing, there is a consumer expectation that any product that doesn’t fit you are entitled to a refund. I’m now left with £500 pounds of clothing I’m unable to refund due to paying on a different account I usually would have. Would recommend NOT shopping online with this retailer.

I love the products they have so many…

I love the products they have so many beautiful things and I had a great experience with the customer service, they were really reactive and they helped me with my problem. Besides they gave me really good advice in case this problem happens again.

Quick customer response

The clothes are amazing but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Got into a bit of confusion wanting to return the order but Anna is very quick and helpful to respond to my emails asking questions 😁

They are the best

They are the best! Dealing with them was easy and very clear, and the customer service was quick to respond in a wonderful way. My order was canceled and the amount was refunded in the same hour!!!! They are great

I love Sister Jane dresses-customer service absolutely great

I love Sister Jane dresses, i have a number of them and recently i ordered one which i then had to return as the occasion i wanted them for got cancelled. Amazing customer service representative Anna helped me straight away and responded to my emails so promptly. I have never experienced a better customer service than sister jane have.

International shipping is horrific

International shipping is horrific . I ordered a parcel a month ago which never arrived , their courier ( not in English) has stated it did arrive even though it didn’t , customer service do email back but it’s the same response each time , “ thanks but we have no update until we hear more from the courier “ in the meantime your left with no garments and no offer of a replacement or refund . Do not buy directly from this company unless you are prepared to lose money time and energy . Buy the Brand from asos which use reliable delivery

Lovely company, Lovely Staff

Lovely company, staff and dresses, if you’re looking for something a bit more quirky. Reached out to H/O as I was looking for a certain style of dress and a lady called Maria went out of her way to try & locate a certain dress for me, sadly to no avail, but she tried different areas in her search for me and told me what was coming out and when. The best customer service

I’m a big fan of sister jane dresses but I’m an even bigger fan of their customer service!
I recently ordered a dress for a wedding and had a problem with the bow. I contacted them for an exchange and it couldn’t have been easier. Maria was especially wonderful, she kept me informed every step of the way right up until I had the replacement!
Truly a refreshing experience when dealing with customer services, the world needs more Marias!

Difficulty with return label

My return label disappeared after it had only half printed, there was no easy way to reprint (hence a 4 not a 5) other than contact customer services. Excellent service from Maria, got my label before running out of time to return the item.

Great costumer service for returning…

Great costumer service for returning through email communications. Unfortunately very disappointed I had to return my order, the quality of clothing was shocking! Price and quality are not reflective of goods you receive. I will definitely think twice before placing an order again. Extremely disappointing with Sister Jane's quality!
