Simply Conveyancing represented us both for our sale and purchase. Daniel was always available for advice and updates, on what proved to be at times a challenging process. Always professional, easy to work with, recommended.

Our main contacts, Catherine Gillett and Amy Constantine, were both very approachable and explained things clearly. But, very confusing to receive emails and requests from such a disparate range of staff - about 10 all told.

Excellent communications throughout the conveyancing process from start to finish for our sale and purchase. E mails were replied to quickly and all written communications were clear & concise. The online portal was easy to use and the uploading of documents was easy. It was good to be able to book appointments on line with our Solicitor. All the staff I dealt with at Simply Conveyancing were polite, friendly and professional. I always felt that nothing was too much trouble for them and they wanted to provide an excellent service which they did. Highly recommended.

The company were great. The whole process was great from start to finish.

Simply Conveyancing are Simply the best. 3rd time using there services now and that says alot from myself. Email communication is almost instant or in a reasonable time direct with the conveyancer. I can't thank the whole team enough. Completion took around 7 weeks ish for cash buy which is pretty dame good. Will definitely use again.

Selling and/or buying a property is already very stressful but Simply Conveyancing have made it a nightmare for us. It’s just so hard to put everything in a text but please, if you don’t want to live a never ending nightmare where you just have to be chasing and pushing your solicitor to actually get things moving, get emails after 2 months of sending a form saying it’s been filled incorrectly just when you’ve been for more than a months to complete.. oh solicitor thinking she’s sent the searches results more than a month ago but she hasn’t.. those searches results were negative which resulted in us deciding to not go ahead with that property.. so the process was delayed given that our solicitor forgot to send the searches results.. you might also get a change of solicitor without you being informed.. and you would get all this for some high fees that you will be asked to pay despite knowing they’ve done things wrong. I’ve got nothing personal against our solicitor however, professionally she has failed us and the firm too.

Your experience might be better, but this was mine and I don’t wish everyone goes through the stress and anxiety we went through. This experience has put me off ever changing house again, and this is the 3rd time I purchase a house so I know how it should work.

Please go with the little solicitors office you have in your town, they’ll care more about you.

Our solicitor, Baylee, provided excellent support throughout the process. Although we had no prior experience with conveyancing, her clear and transparent guidance ensured that everything progressed smoothly. We truly appreciate her help.

I recently sold my home to buyers who used Simply as their solicitor. Atrocious process management by the Simply team nearly sabotaged the entire transaction. A basic inability to understand how to perform process steps in parallel resulted in a transaction where price was agreed in December (followed shortly by surveys, etc.) was only able to exchange contracts in late April. Extensive requests for documentation from her client without sufficient specificity (e.g., need for translation) dragged the process out. And even when my solicitor was told we were in a position to exchange, the mismanagement around requesting fundamental elements like the mortgage deed and deposit funds resulted in additional weeks being lost. Incredibly non-communicative with either the estate agent or my solicitor created aggravation for all parties and required near-weekly escalations to management (in addition to not working 5 days a week). To anyone thinking of using Simply, I would heavily advise against it if you want your transaction to go smoothly.

Gemma,Tim and James were always so helpful and when things did not go to plan Gemma was always there to calm my nerves when I got anxious. I found the portal easy to use. When I asked my many questions(!)someone from the team would always help me out very quickly. I really feel they made a very stressful process as smooth as it could be.

I can’t recommend simply conveyancing enough, they were amazing all the way through the process. Constant updates via email and phone call. Natalia our solicitor was honestly amazing, I can’t thank her enough for all of her support. We will be using Simply Conveyancing for any future property purchases. Thank you again!!
