The food has been consistently delicious, and the customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them the weekly ordering process is so easy and convenient, and the quality of the meals is always excellent. A special mention to Samuel, who is always friendly, helpful, and provides outstanding customer service.

Genuinely life changing for me !! Im now getting delicious food, delivered chilled, with zero prep or faff for a good price. Just switching onto these easily heated meals (3 mins in microwave) has got me feeling leaner. Before SimmerEats my diet was erratic. Now thanks to Samuel and the guys at SimmerEats Im feeling much better and it hasn't increased my monthly spending either.
I've recently started training 3/4 times a week, I feel energised from the meals and Im still getting leaner and fitter again. The meals are full of goodness. Plenty of lush veggies as well as the meat protein.
Delivery has been spot on, the boxes are chilled well. One delivery day (sunday) I didn't get home for 3 hours after the delivery but the food was still totally fine.

I was initially concerned about microwaving the meal packaging and releasing plastic toxins into the food as it gets reheated in the microwave.......but that concern has gone, the food comes in its individual portion packaged in a bamboo type material. No plasticy flavour to the food, its still fresh being microwaved in the packaging !!

I've just added the breakfast options to my weekly meal order too. So nearly all my daily food is coming from these guys.

Great service with meals delivered at the beginning of the week and removing the hassle of food prep. Most of the meals are full of flavour with great nutrition and the selection is easy to navigate with clear pricing. I genuinely look forward to selecting next weeks meals! Highly recommend

I have now had two deliveries of a week's worth of food from Simmer and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every meal and relished the freedom it has given me, not to have to think about meal planning and cooking. Thanks to generous introductory offers, the meals have been affordable and very good quality. As a busy single peron who tends to batch-cook, it has meant I have had a very welcome break from cooking during a busy period and while I will not be able to afford to keep using this service routinely, I will certainly make use if it again in busy periods. The range of meals is good and they are well packaged and insulated on arrival, though I have some concerns about the amount of packaging were I to continue with the deliveries and uncertain what to do with the used gel packs. Can I return them?
I have also appreciated the follow-up emails to check that everything has gone smoothly (thank you Samuel) which are friendly and helpful without being overly intrusive or pushy. I have recommended the service to several friends and will definitely be using it again, when I can afford to.

The food is great, tasty and nutritious and filling. Lots of variety too. It’s a win win and customer support from the likes of Samuel make Simmer a big hit for me. Thanks.

We have been using Simmer for a few weeks now and can already feel a difference. While it is not cheap, having nutritious meals with plenty of protein while having a short lunch break or not having to worry about cooking dinner after work makes it well worth it! I have also noticed that my snacking has decreased as I get enough energy/protein with each Simmer meal.

I bought it for my weight loss journey and been satisfied since. Low calories, full of protein, and easy to make.

Great service meals are fantastic and Lily from customer support has been very helpful. Highly recommend

Doesnt take away from the irritating website experience but they did respond quickly and update my address by customer service email.

Just did my first order, the website is so sales orientated they have forgotten the end user.
My delivery address is incorrect but it was impossible to check the delivery address before ordering they stop you from clicking anywhere on the website just constantly taking you back to check out process.

After they took my order I could finally check my details that was incorrect. Even then no option to edit delivery address
They dont even state the delivery address anywhere in the checkout process.

WTF are you lot playing at

I am very impressed with the meals that I have received. They are both high in protein and tasty. Looking forward to my next batch being delivered today.

Lily has been great being in contact. The foods are actually decent and healthy, plus it takes like literally 3 mins in a microwave. When you work shifts this is perfect for a quick healthy dinner. Cheers Simmers

Thye truly seem to care at simmer

No issue with the food but the company will try every trick in the book to prevent you from canceling your order and then try and keep charging you. I wish I had never started with them - hours of time wasted.
