Delivery arrived on time, meals are great.

Easy to choose meals.
Every meal we have had so far has been amazing. Taken us out of our comfort zone as we try a variety of meals. Taken alot of stress of us. Great that meals can be frozen too so if we fancy something else for dinner , we just pop it into the freezer for a later date. Very very happy 😊

The texture of the meals was very good. I have along term condition which can affect my swallowing. Your meals were very pleasing and made the procedure safe for me as they were quite moist. Well ✅👍

Nice & tasty meals, good quality, that’s what impressed me the most compared to normal ready meals you get in supermarkets!

Meals are great and tasty, its excatly what you want quick and easy good food, I still cook 2x main meals aday i use this to just supplement the quick on the move meals i need. And for that its perfec for me.
The system is a it tired some going on the main web all the time, when a App is released this will be perfect.

So far so good. All meals purchased have been tasty and filling. Don't have to order every week. A good start!

Very disappointing experience. I only wanted to try the service, but I was charged for another week without a clear and user-friendly cancellation process.

As I intended to cancel my subscription, I didn’t select any meals for the following week. Instead, meals were automatically chosen for me, including options that I cannot eat due to my religious beliefs. Even after explaining this, they refused to make any changes and simply hid behind their company policy.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service or such inflexible policies. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, and I certainly won’t be using Simmer again or recommending it to others.

I find some of them quite dry like the hunters chicken there is no liquid to mix with rice and another I had was the same.

Great service, on time delivery and a good choice of food to pick from.

Delivery is quick and easy. Menu options are fabulous. The food is so tasty.

I genuinely cannot recommend Simmer based on my experience.

I signed up for the trial expecting to have enough time to decide whether the service was worth continuing. My first box arrived on Sunday, and after trying just two meals by Tuesday I realised the food simply wasn't for me. The meals were extremely vegetable-heavy, had very little meat compared to what I expected, and I personally found them difficult to enjoy or even finish.

Before I'd even had a fair opportunity to evaluate the trial, I had already been charged £42 for the next week's box. I cancelled my subscription immediately, yet I was still told it was "too late" and that nothing could be done.

To make matters worse, once you cancel your subscription, you're locked out of your account, so you can't even check the status of your upcoming order. Customer service showed no flexibility whatsoever, despite me being a brand-new customer who cancelled as soon as I realised the meals weren't suitable.

I've now spent over £70 on food that I won't be eating. I'm not upset because I simply didn't like the meals—that's subjective. I'm disappointed because the trial gave me virtually no time to make an informed decision before another full-priced box was charged, and customer support refused to make any goodwill exception.

There are plenty of meal delivery companies out there. Based on my experience(Ive tried frive and prep kitchen), I'd recommend looking elsewhere they are much better in everyway

Brilliant food, saves me so much time. I do wish the lean meals were the same price as the standard meals but I’m so happy I found Simmer and can see me using them for a very long time! They’ve given me my weekends back!

Went for the lean meals- very impressed by the quality and taste. Surpassed my expectations. Customer service (Lily) was very friendly and helpful since I joined. Happy so far 👍🏻

Meals are tasty and heat well. Good packaging and food arrives chilled even in this hot weather.

Marie has been very helpfull with any issue's i've had.

I have yet to try the food as DPD messed up and didn’t deliver! Simmer customer service was excellent and they credited it back for the next week of meals. Hopefully they will turn up this week and I will get to try them. It’s not the first DPD issues I’ve had sad that they let this company down.

Great choices, routine delivery and offers for loyalty.

Only had one slight problem with 1 meal and communication was fantastic and a refund for that meal issued straight away.

Would definitely recommend.

Overall very tasty meals and excellent service, deliveries always on time and after speaking to Marie, I was able to feedback all of the above. Would recommend!
