I have yet to try the food as DPD messed up and didn’t deliver! Simmer customer service was excellent and they credited it back for the next week of meals. Hopefully they will turn up this week and I will get to try them. It’s not the first DPD issues I’ve had sad that they let this company down.

Great choices, routine delivery and offers for loyalty.

Only had one slight problem with 1 meal and communication was fantastic and a refund for that meal issued straight away.

Would definitely recommend.

Easy to order, a fabulous choice of meals, which are very tasty, portions are a good size too that I had to make an effort to finish up! Delivery service great too, and love how I can order what I would like each Monday! Recommend!!

Having written my review from an inferno inside my head about Simmer a couple days ago, I would now like to retract most of it.
Simmer weren’t taking advantage of me or in any way trying to to deceive me. I was stupid enough to be sucked in another company and not be aware that the one had nothing to do with the other.
Summer’s CXO Charlotte Denny contacted me to see how she could help. A very empathetic, patient and warm person, she listened without interrupting my tirade. She then calmed me down and managed to help me to realise how I had made my mistake.
I have been promised a refund which is very generous .
I apologise both to Simmer and Charlotte for letting my emotions get the better of me before being sure of the facts.
Anyone wanting to try Simmer is most encouraged by me to enjoy their delicious meals that are made with entire nutritious ingredients with nothing artificial added. They are also not the vampires I accused them of being and should you have any problems with cancellations, Charlotte will very efficiently make sure they’re dealt with fairly.

Tasty recipes, takes all the trouble out of coming up with meal ideas and the time it takes to prep them. Suggestion if possible would to have a few meals that last a whole week, or flash freezing a few so we can defrost, just in case you don't eat two meals a day for whatever reason. Great service though, thanks again

Really enjoyed the service so far, exactly what I’ve been looking for it is a little bit pricey but logistically it works for me and might work for you too. Meals are nice and prepared well and feel healthy whilst also easing cravings 10/10

Very healthy,extra tasty, convenience meals. High quality products (never found a nasty piece of gristle in the chicken). I have been eating these for a few weeks. Currently very cheap due to the promotions on at the moment. I will have to see if my budget allows when these have gone.

Ultimately me and my husband are eating very well and monitoring our portion size (standard is definitely enough) with a easy to make product thats saving time in our busy lifestyle.

Costomer service representative Maria was lovely on the phone, asking us for an update on how we were doing.

I’ve been using Simmer Eats now for my lunch for the past month and genuinely it takes the stress out of calorie counting and eating a balanced lunch with it just being ready to go always! I absolutely love these and have been a game changer for me with my weight loss plans
