Easy pick ups and drop offs right at the hotel. Smaller return shuttle bus on rerun journey and back seats are a little to cramped an uncomfortable and I am not a larger person.

Upon arriving i was greeted with a warm welcome and accompanied to the vehicle which dropped me off at destination.

NO driver waiting for me!
After 20 hours traveling, I landed in Belgrade. Once I cleared immigration and picked up luggage I reached the arrivals' hall. I was on a wheelchair, desperately looking for the driver that would take me to the hotel. The airport employee handling my wheelchair graciously offered to call Shuttle Direct and inquire about the whereabouts of my assigned driver. We were advised driver on its way, that should arrive in 10-15 minutes. This is unacceptable! Why bother to arrange airport transfer in advance, if the driver is not waiting for you? Not what I expected!

You’re absolutely right that arranging an airport transfer in advance is meant to give peace of mind and ensure someone is waiting for you upon arrival. Having to wait and then be told the driver was still 10–15 minutes away is not acceptable, particularly in the circumstances you described.
We understand how stressful and frustrating this must have been after 20 hours of travel, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and lack of readiness on our part. Your feedback has been taken seriously and will be shared with the service supplier to review what went wrong and prevent this from happening again.

First class service
Excellent service - both drivers on pick up and return were professional and courteous. Vehicles were very clean and communication via watzap was much appreciated. Although not the cheapest option available I was overall very pleased with the service. Thank you.

ShuttleDirect.com were excellent in the service they provided. We booked to go from Malaga Airport to Marbella with a return journey for ten female travellers. We gave them the flight details and they worked out when to collect them from the airport and the return journey from Marbella. The drivers met them handled the luggage for them and was very nice and helpful. The minibus was very clean, new and comfortable and spacious. 5 star service and value for money.

HOLIDAY TRANSPORT.
The driver was waiting for us at the airport with a name board displayed. He spoke good English as was polite and helpful. This was the same for return journey. Very impressed with drivers, punctuality, and clean vehicles which made our journey to and from the Hotel hassle free and pleasant.

i have used this company a lot but the last trip was awful, the company changed the pick up place last minute and we turned up and they did not pick us up, and ended up paying £21.00 in taxi fee. Lucky we had money on us. I have contacted them and they were answering me at first and now no contact.
