Open and shut
Both the initial visit and the subsequent survey were conducted by helpful and efficient individuals. The installation took place 16 weeks later as planned , and the fitter was professional and efficient . Installation was in two rooms and all work was completed in half a day. The fitter cleaned the areas that he had worked in and then demonstrated the working of the shutters. They look good and do what we wanted them to do.

Exactly what we wanted.
Initial surveyors were both very professional and discussed all my requirements in detail. Bradley who fitted the shutters worked to just as high a standard. The two sets of shutters are perfect, very good value for money and we are delighted with the whole project from start to finish

The shutters and blinds are good. Robert promised to come and see them after they were installed, but I was a bit disappointed that he did not come.

Shutters Up were great to work with from start to finish - fantastic product, stellar sales and measurement process - faultless and hassle free installation. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere if you need shutters. My only regret is that I have now run out of windows to fit shutters to!

The salesperson brilliant, shutters not so much.
The salesperson was brilliant, however my understanding was the shutters would provide full blockout with noise reduction. This was an important factor in my request as my husband has insomnia.
Regrettably this is not the case.
I still need to put a black out sheet behind the shutters, which is inconvenient to do every day.

From the moment the salesman came right to the fitting of the shutters this company is outstanding & so professional. No pushy salesman just an amazing helpful nice man. The fitter was very professional, polite, smart & did an amazing job. Thier back office team kept me informed at every stage of the process. We absolutely love our shutters!
We absolutely love our shutters! The service we received was excellent throughout the whole process from ordering to installation. The bespoke shutters are beautifully made and were professionally fit and there was minimal mess in our home too. We highly recommend SuttersUp and would definitely use them again in the future.

Incorrect shutters fitted
After the initial customer service which was good, we purchased shutters for the majority of our house. However after fitting we noticed the lounge shutters had a different split ratio to the rest of the house, different to what we had ordered. We have been waiting for the replacement shutters for months with no updates from the customer service team until we chase them, the original order was made in November, they were fitted in March and it's now May yet we still don't have the correct shutters or any indication on when they will be fitted. I would rethink about having shutters installed by this company if I were you.
