From the beginning
From the beginning, making the choice of style, colour etc the process was made simple. Once we had decided upon what shutters we wanted the initial installation was done, but not the installer satisfaction. Consequently replacement shutters were ordered and installed, without further delay.

Somewhat Satisfied
I feel I was ill adviced about tracked versus hinged shutters for my lounge. I did not get what I really wanted but shutters up tried to make other amends. It’s an expensive output to get shutters done and it’s always good to insist on what you want at the start. One bedroom shutter arrived broken and it took another 3 months for a new one to be available for them to replace that too. But in the end the did the necessary work.

It was generally a very good experience…
It was generally a very good experience but had to wait a long time for the shutters to come from China - and only ordered them for the sitting room and bedroom. Not sure I would have chosen shutters from China. But they look fantastic and are easy to clean. They also seem fairly robust and the fitters were brilliant.

ShuttersUP, what great from start to finish we did not have any issues with them from the salesman to the fitter.
I would recommend ShuttersUP to anyone who wants to fit shuttle’s They have many styles & color designs. They also do blinds and rollup blinds.
Most important thing they worked around my budget as I have a big bungalow.

Had a great experience. Expert installation. I had a slight snagging issue they came fixed it right away. I have big windows and they reflect sun on hot days better than I’d hoped for. 👍🏻

My experience with shuttersup, found them to be very professional in carrying out the work, clean, the engineer Albanit was very friendly. He explained the after care and answered my questions.
Albania obvious takes pride in his work.

Love love my new shutters
From start to finish the process of getting new shutters was fantastic.
Ben came to measure up and talked through colours slat sizes all was straight forward and picked what I wanted .
Then the hard part the wait for them to be made but saying this the quality and workmanship was definitely worth the wait.
Good things come to those that wait as they say.
Then I got a call from the office they finally arrived a little earlier than expected.
On installation day Jake arrived and got to work on the install he was great no mess took all the rubbish with him and fitted my shutters perfectly he was fantastic.
I had a very good experience ordering my shutters from shutters up and would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting them my home looks completely different with them after replacing standard wood blinds only regret is wish I’d done it along time ago

Highly recommend
We had Balcony shutters installed in our living room and they look fantastic. Someone came around to do a survey and take measurements, we had to wait around 8 weeks for them to be made, and they was installed in about 2 hours, 10/10 as everything went so smooth and they look great and the quality is great aswell. Highly recommend using this company.
