Everything was good, the guy arrived on time and started work . The installation was completed on the day as promised. The shutters fit excellently. This is due to the guy who came and measured and advised us of the best layout. We are well satisfied and would use this company again.

Perfect privacy, light and coolness control and amazing look
The whole process was very simple and straight forward with no hassle in between. I felt Shutters up is a very well organised company, everything went smoothly from 1st meeting with measuring up to being shown how to use the shutters once installed. All technicians were very professional and I am so pleased I could trust them all along. I would definitely recommend Shutters up as they dealt with my project with serious and professinalism and the outcome looks incredible! Once the shutters installed, my flat looks transformed with a lovely villa look impression.
I now have much more privacy, I am able to control the natural light through my French windows to insure maximum coolness from the sun and perfect privacy!

Exceptional Customer Service
Michael came to discuss installing plantation blinds at our Victorian terrace. He was enormously patient, taking us carefully through all the various options and listening to our queries. Conducted quite a bit of research before deciding on ShuttersUp to fit and supply our shutters.
We had all the windows done at a price we were very happy with.
Everyone we dealt with were so very helpful and friendly.
The icing on the cake, they look fabulous and certainly adds to the aesthetics of our house.

closed showroom during working time
just spent 1 hour and 20 minutes to choos shutters in their showroom. It's closed. WhatsApp support has no idea what to say about it. They don't answer if someone will be there today. they just asking to write them or call them. the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, on this occasion there was an unexpected power cut for us and the local area, which meant we had to ask our showroom staff to work from home while the issue was resolved. We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly as you had travelled to visit us.
Following your feedback, we have reviewed our communication procedures with our online support team to ensure they are kept informed of any unexpected closures or disruptions in the future, so that customers receive accurate information before making a journey.
Under normal circumstances, and unless there are unforeseen emergency situations, we always have staff available in the showroom during our advertised opening hours.
