I lost 8 months with this company and it got me nothing
I was told they would collect reviews and automatically share the positive ones on my website. However, they set criteria designed to lock you into a monthly charge without actually delivering meaningful results.I received some positive reviews, and Shopper Approved sent confirmation emails, but they never added the promised Seal to my website. They also failed to follow through on contacting my past clients as agreed. After 8 months, there was absolutely no return on investment and I had to pull the plug.

I understand how frustrating it must feel to invest both time and resources and not see the results you were hoping for.
I personally talked to our support team about your issues, and read an in-depth summary of your interactions between each other, and while it appears that they did their best to try to help you, it’s clear in hindsight that based on your type of business, our services may not have been the right fit. That’s on us.
if there were breakdowns in communication or execution along the way, then we take full responsibility.

A good ratings platform
The team at Shopper Approved has been very responsive and easy to work with. The platform has great features and is trusted by many consumers due to the fact that the client cannot edit their reviews. The only complaint I have is that there was no working extension for the web platform we use (one of the top platforms) and our devs had some trouble getting the code working on our website. Once we worked through the install everything has functioned great.
