Well packaged and delivered promptly
Well packaged and delivered promptly. Had 3 x 2.5L tubs boxed, bagged and taped over the lid - one had taken a 'hit' and some paint had squeezed out of the lid, no worries though - easy to clean up.

Hidden delivery costs
Made a purchase from this site which I did through PayPal but was not provided with delivery costs until PayPal order confirmed. Delivery costs were 50% cost of the item. Won't be using this site again.

Still no refund after sending numerous…
Still no refund after sending numerous messages and emails and even giving them a call. They keep fobbing me off saying it's in a queue to be processed, which is complete rubbish. This company are a scam, they take your money and don't send your goods and then hold on to your refund. I shall be reporting them as they are thieves and have stolen my money and caused someone who has serious long term health conditions undue stress and anxiety!
