Purchasing from Shoppaint has been the worst online transaction l have ever had the misfortune to make.
There customer service is non existent.
My small order was split into two deliveries, the first of which when unpackaged was the wrong colour.
L have been battling with them ever since, they don't reply to emails nor have they replaced or refunded me.
This stressful experience is still ongoing.
I would never deal with them again.

Order was split in 2 boxes. One arrived. One hasn’t. Waited days for a reply to my email and hit with a bunch of waffle from chat gpt without any indication of what’s happened or where my order is. Cowboy company ran by AI amateurs.

Bought a can of paint, arrived nicely packed in a box but with cello tape all around the edge of the can, there was leaked paint around the edge and the can looked like pre-opened. sent couple of mails to the company to return the can but no response from them

Ordered exterior paint on the Thursday, was sent a message to say it was ready for despatch and delivered 48 hours later.
Well packed and delivered quickly.

I ordered my paint on 20/2, found the site not easy to see when it was coming. Checked trustpilot and started to worry but it arrived within an week and was well packaged. Over £10 cheaper than anywhere else I can’t complain.

Submitted an order over a week ago. Emailed and left a message with no response. Then called and left waiting for more than 10 minutes. Will pursue but so far absolutely dreadful!

Ronseal stain, cheapest place I could find it. Got 25 ltrs all came well boxed with the lids taped shut. Top

The two cans of paint I ordered hadn’t arrived after a week when I enquired where they were they said they were lost in transit . The web site showed free delivery but I was charged! Their other web site showed free post on first order but nothing shown it was only on orders over £75!!

We purchased 2 Ronseal Fence Paint Brushes from Shoppaint. We bought 2 because the cost was just a little more than we would have paid for 1 in a leading DIY store. Delivery was speedy and even with the cost of postage and packing they were still better value for money.
